    Holiday Inn at Villahermosa Airport goes above and beyond!

    This Villahermosa Holiday Inn knows and practices truly high customer service!!They have a fantastic customer service manager Mr. Luis (first name). He is truly professional, friendly and especially helpful. We arrived at Villahermosa from Palenque a bit stressed because my husband had accidentally left his wallet in Palenque. Mr Luis (first name) arranged safe, reliable, and economical round trip transportation to Palenque to retreat his wallet. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a good bed. Great place to stay if you’re going to fly out from Villahermosa airport. Bonus: they have free airport transport to and from the airport. Since airport based taxi service is usually very expensive, having airport shuttle service included is a welcome customer perk; Thanks!We highly recommend this hotel!!

    Stay away from this hotel, people are unprofessional and rude.

    The worst experience ever in this hotel chain. We arrived after 11PM and the front desk people doesn’t have a clue about costumer service, they were unprofessional and rude, both of the guys there. Rooms are clean but very small and noisy. Totally disappointed. Advise: stay away from this hotel.     Worst service,no water or a/c

    There is no water to shower or even go to the toilet in the whole day, it’s more than 30celsius degrees and the air conditioning doesn’t work either. And if you call the front desk they don’t answer! Worst service ever !they should really have at least the basics!!

    I went with a tour group. The room was excellent. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and particularly loved the soft, plentiful, and luxurious pillows. The shower was magnificent with both handheld and rain showerheads. However, the restaurant service was very slow, and the food was below average. I had the steak tacos. The meat was like gristle of very inferior quality and came without things like salsa or cream. I had a few of my friends French fries which were small soggy cold sticks. So go for the very comfortable room, and avoid the restaurant.

    Very Old and Run-down

    Were forced to stay here one night because of cancelled flights before moving on to Palenque. We were not very happy. The hotel is very old and run-down. Although the rooms were clean, they seemed dirty to us for simple fact that literally everything was old and not very well maintained. What absolutely shocked us was the towels: they were tiny and so tattered that they looked like rags. We arrived late and the staff was not very helpful or friendly. The only advantage that this hotel really has is that it is conveniently located close to the airport.
