    Pay a little more to get better heating and air air-conditioning

    The prices are low here, but the heaters didn’t work in the first two rooms they gave us to try. We told them they weren’t working, but they seemed incredulous and said they would work eventually. We insisted on a new room, then they gave us one with new heaters (not sure why this wasn’t offered originally). But the heater was so loud in one of the rooms that nobody could sleep. I wished I’d stay somewhere where I could’ve gotten a good night’s rest to enjoy the trip more.

    The place is quite nice, the receptionist is welcoming and friendly. The room is clean with a TV and air-co. I've been here many times, breakfast is the only thing that I didn't like no choices for some like who like to eat much at the breakfast like me. In general the hotel is good 😊

    Not a bad location for Marrakech, close to rail station and not far from market and other sites.Our room overlooked some residential block which was really scruffy and some parts of the building were derelict. Shame really as hotel has some potential.Breakfast was poor compared to later hotels we went to, it needs more choice and an omelette option as well.

    Very comfortable beds, Breakfast in hotel could use some additional bread, cheese, and fruit. Otherwise it was good. Clean rooms and quiet on the 2nd and 5th floor despite being in downtown Marrakesh. Elevator numbers did not always match the floor you stopped on but easy to overcome. They also stored our luggage for 6 days while we we out hiking.

    And with many groups coming and going at all times it may wake you up without ear plugs. Maybe even WITH them 🤔 because all the floors are “marble” without carpet to absorb sound. Enjoyed a picnic under a roof by the small swimming pool as it looked like rain. Basic Moroccan breakfast. Nothing special. But it is less expensive than the 4&5-star hotels on the “main drag” going to the main square.
