Location

5 junior suites, 9 suites and 235 single rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     I found the hotel tò have perfect services: staff was very pleasant and attenti e, from the chefs tò the waiters tò the manager Mr. Alami. Delicious food at the restaurant buffet (both dinners and breakfast), rooms spacious and comfortable, my clients and I couldn't ask for more. I have been taking groups tò Morocco for 7 years, and this was the best experience.     The room we stayed was clean, with very comfortable mattresses. It was dated and not worth 5 * but anyway we had great stay. Excellent breakfast,nice staff. Good value for money. I loved the pool area. So chill. Also the Music they played by the pool was great. I would happily return.     Mixed experience here.Stayed for a 4 night break with hubby.Beautiful hotel - if a little tired in parts.Arranged pick up from airport - never arrived so took local taxi instead.First bedroom - one light not working and air con broken. No shampoo (only shower gel provided). Room had balcony on the street. Lights! Noise all night!Requested a room change.Unpleasant exchange with reception over this ‘You didn’t enjoy the lights?’. ‘No, I was trying to sleep!’.Referred to manager who asked me to first smile so he could ‘fix this.’Second room had a smashed TV screen - we reported but not changed. Bath tub was peeling. Still no shampoo.Only one towel - they resolved quickly.For the 3 remaining days we had to validate our room key daily as it would not work (annoying daily inconvenience).Pool was lovely and plenty of loungers.Although on the last day we were asked to show our guest pass for the towels (not been asked before).Reception were meant to give this to us on day 1. We collected on the last day as wouldn’t give towels without this. He then handed it back to us when we handed in our towels to give back to reception. Bit of a nonsense really even though we explained we had checked out already.Breakfast was very good.
