The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce and volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis and basketball. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy water aerobics and aquafit. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, badminton and callisthenics or, for a fee, table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer many delicious options. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available. The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking.

    Hotel - nice hotel , clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and polite. Tui Website states 6 bars this is false. The Sports bar has not been opened once in the 7 days i was here. There is only 2 bars. Not much drink options either maybe 5 cocktails and only 2 types of beer served on all inclusive packages. Tui website states 3 restruants there is only 2. An all you can eat buffet , food wasnt the best. There is Lack of options and could be improved as it was mostly the same food daily. The italian and “steak house” is one restruant not seperate like asvertised. The menu for the italian/steakhouse for the free meal doesnt have much option and the steaks are extra you have to pay for that menu despite the tui site saying free of charge at each of the restruants for 7 nights which i did. 2 Snack bars which opens 12:30 till 4 supposed to be 5/6 , doesnt have much option , have to pay for icecreams despite being all inclusive. Improvements on whats offered and times could be improved. Entertainment - not much on through the day , mostly pool entertainment. The “main” entertainment starts at 9:30pm and is finished by 10. The kids entertainment from 8:30 is the same every night. Entertainent wouldnt be the word id use. There is a little mini golf on site , just leave a deposit to get the sticks and get your deposite back when you take the sticks back. Water park is decent offering wave pool , kids area and around 10 slides. Can have family photos taken or water park photos taken in the hotel. We had photos taken by titto the photos were beautiful , i would recommend this service Bad note - if check out is at 12 or 3pm you have to leave the hotel , even if your pickup is later on evening. We paid 900 dirham (about £50) to keep the room until 6 ready for our pick up at 6:25. Cant access tui website here either so couldnt check in online. Overall a decent hotel , tuis advertisement isnt quite correct on the information provided they should review and update this.     Aqua mirage hotel

    We have recently stayed at the Aquamirage hotel in Marrakech and really really enjoyed our stay. The food at the hotel was decent, it was nice but not amazing, and eventually it did get repetitive. However, We visited the Italian a’la’cart and it was very disappointing. The service was very slow, and we sat for forty minutes before our starters, and then waited again for our mains. Two of us had the beef, and one had the risotto. The beef was very overcooked and chewy, and the carrots were hard. Similarly the risotto was hard. This was very disappointing. The main resteraunt was very busy, but if you are travelling with only people over 16, you can sit in the adults only bit of the resteraunt. This is much quieter. We did not experience any illness from the food at all, but we did sanitise our hands in between collecting food, and touching shared utensils/door handles. The snack bar at the main pool served cheese panini, tuna paninis, chocolate panini and burgers. These were all very nice. The Aqua park is very very good. There are about 10 slides (3 of which you must have a double raft doughnut) and some that require mats. The slides rarely had any queues and were much fun. However it should be noted that the floor around the aqua park can get very hot, so next time I would bring my aqua shoes. Inside the aqua park also was a very large children’s play area. The snack bar at the aqua park was good, but it was very uncomfortable due to the amount of wasps. We brought water bottles with lids that the bar staff would fill up for us and this meant we can drink our juice without being attacked by wasps.The room itself was very nice, it was functional and had enough space. The hairdryer was not working, and despite reception saying it would be fixed, it never did get fixed. We stayed on the ground floor of block four, and so were very close to the aqua park. However the WiFi in this room was not always very reliable.The area surrounding the hotel was quite deserted. There was only one small shop down the road called SpongeBobs. This shop sold some stuff for a decent price. It was around 30 mins to Marrakech city centre by bus. The hotel ran a shuttle with some free times,and some that required a very small fee. The hotel shop was quite good also, however some things were bizarrely priced.The staff at this hotel were for the most part very very good. The lifeguards were very helpful and ensured everyone one had a very fun and safe holiday, especially the two at the top of the slide tower and the one that worked at the quiet pool on Tuesdays. There was five pools, two at the main bit, two at the aqua park (one was a wave pool) and one relax pool. The relax pool was only for ages 16+ but there was sometimes babies around the pool that the lifeguard did not ask to leave.All in all we had a very good holiday, this was our second time here and will not be our last.     Incredible waterpark, but let down by awful food and huge queues

    We recently stayed here outside of the school holidays and had a very mixed experience.The Good:Amazing Aquapark: The waterpark was a massive hit. The kids had the absolute best time, and there were no queues for the slides.Cleanliness & Staff: The hotel itself is kept clean, the staff are friendly, and the on-site shop is reasonably priced.Self-Service for Kids: Kids can help themselves to drinks easily, which was very convenient.The Bad:Awful Food & Illness: The food was terrible. We all suffered from stomachaches and resorted to getting takeaway nearly every night. I came home with a severe bug that lasted five days.Restaurant Chaos: The restaurant is an absolute nightmare. I have never seen so many people trying to queue for food, which is shocking for non-school holidays. To make matters worse, there are birds flying around inside the restaurant, which is highly unhygienic.Bar Queues: The drinks are okay, but the queues are relentless. There were consistently at least 15 people waiting at the bar. Because I hate queuing, we barely bothered drinking.💡 Tip for future guests:Make sure you wear water shoes at the aquapark! The floor gets incredibly hot, and the kids burnt their feet walking back around to grab another inflatable.Summary:It is a real shame because the hotel has so much potential, but they desperately need to improve the food and queue management. We wouldn't return unless these issues were fixed.     Overcrowded, chaotic, dirty.

    My overall experience was dominated by overcrowding, poor organisation, long queues, hygiene concerns and consistently poor service.The room we stayed in was fine. Very basic and missing amenities such as a kettle. The noise was a major issue for us. The screaming and shouting in our block started at 8am and continued until past midnight on some nights. The main family pool was far too crowded and noisy. At times it was so packed you could barely move. Music was played at an extremely loud volume throughout the day, with the entertainment team constantly shouting into microphones. Even the "relax pool" wasn't particularly relaxing because the noise carried across the resort. The relax pool itself was clean, well maintained and usually had available sunbeds. The only downside was the female member of bar staff who appeared thoroughly unhappy to be serving guests and was consistently rude. The water park was good for children and provided plenty to do. The snack bar, however, was a disaster. We queued for up to 45 minutes in 40°C heat for basic food such as pizza or sandwiches. On one occasion, a member of staff became so overwhelmed that he shut the serving hatch and walked away, saying he had enough, leaving one person to serve well over 100 guests.The buffet restaurant was the biggest problem. Every meal felt like an ordeal. The restaurant is far too small and understaffed for the number of guests. We frequently had to find and clean our own table and sometimes waited up to 15 minutes for cutlery. The atmosphere was chaotic, with dirty tables, filthy floors and children running everywhere. The staff looked exhausted and miserable, and I genuinely felt sorry for them.The food was repetitive, bland and often only lukewarm. Queues for freshly cooked items were so long that I rarely bothered. Drink machines were frequently empty or out of order, creating yet more queues. There appeared to be only a single bread knife available for a hotel that can accommodate 1000+ guests. The evening entertainment clearly had effort put into it, but it wasn't really my kind of thing, so I won't comment further on that.The hotel has an excessive number of rules and restrictions, making it feel more like a controlled environment than a holiday resort. For example, coffee could only be served in proper cups during restaurant mealtimes, inside the restaurant. At all other times it was served in plastic beakers. Gross. Rules and notices were displayed everywhere regarding food and drink restrictions.The main bar area was shabby, dirty and had a persistent unpleasant smell. The outdoor seating cushions were extremely dirty, and queues for drinks regularly reached 30 minutes. Beer was consistently warm and the cocktails were undrinkable. I ended up drinking bottled water for most of the holiday.The pool bar food was very bad. Pre-made burgers and chicken burgers sat in warming cabinets before being served cold. It was genuinely unpleasant. Large piles of leftover food were often left exposed and covered with birds. This wasn't an isolated incident; it was a daily occurrence throughout our ten-day stay.There were clearly not enough staff throughout the hotel. Used cups were left around the pool for hours. Combined with the large number of honeybees in the grounds, this made it difficult to sit anywhere comfortably. The bees themselves are not the hotel's fault, but leaving food and drinks lying around only attracts more of them.Reception, guest relations and the check-in process were frustratingly inefficient. Checking in involved being passed between multiple staff members and joining several queues when one employee could easily have completed the process. Communication was difficult as we do not speak French or Arabic. When I sought help from guest relations regarding an issue, I was effectively told it was not their problem and to go away. I was also surprised by the level of security. Leaving and returning by taxi we were aggressively questioned for our room number or to check our wrist bands before being allowed back in. While I understand the need for security, the approach felt excessive.Most concerning were two hygiene issues we witnessed. We saw a member of staff wipe used cutlery with a cloth before placing it back on a table, and we saw a barman rinse used cups under cold water before returning them for guest use.Unfortunately, both my partner and I became ill on the final day of our holiday. My partner recovered within 24 hours, but I remained unwell for several days after returning home. During our stay, we also heard multiple guests complaining of sickness. While some staff appeared to be following hygiene procedures, there were clearly inconsistencies in practice across the resort. The one genuinely positive aspect of the hotel was the grounds. They were beautifully maintained, and the gardeners worked hard. They were also among the friendliest staff we encountered during our stay.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The grounds are lovely, but they are not enough to outweigh the many issues we experienced during our stay.I am not leaving this review for the benefit of management. Judging by the responses to previous reviews, they are already aware of many of these recurring complaints. I am leaving it as a warning to other holidaymakers. This was the most disappointing all-inclusive holiday we have ever had, and I would strongly advise others to carefully consider if they would enjoy the conditions I have described in this review.     Fabulous family holiday

    Absolutely brilliant family holiday. So much for the kids, they loved the water park and the swimming pool. The highlight was the entertainment staff who were absolutely fabulous and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our holiday. The cleaning lady in our block was lovely and Abdul in the restaurant at breakfast and lunch was wonderful and looked after us especially for my husbands birthday.
