    DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Hotel is apparently closed, showed up after booking to be turned away. There was no warning of this, and it left us stranded. Staff were inconsiderate, did not care about the safety or wellbeing of two females traveling together alone.

    Arrived in the evening hotel was dark and very badly lit we got our rooms and had to use our torch on our phones to find our room number black dark corridor got in to room the smell of musk and damp was appalling I lay on the bed and after a while I could feel the damp from the bed we were a family of 6 we decided to leave, the lady on the front desk told us we were only people in hotel.I did have a sinking feeling when we turned off the main road the road was like a bomb site.Avoid this hotel it cost us dearly as we had to look for other accommodations and only we got a good taxi driver who got us booked into a Riad we would have being lost we had to fly home 4 days early as we could not afford the cost of booking other accommodations for the remainder of our stay .Terrible terrible experience of a Hotel .

    The hotel was dark, gloomy, tired and very cold. Rooms were more like 2/3 star and had issues with broken toilets/ leaks Heating not working, noisy as hotel is in the middle of a building site, plugs not working and generally a bit down at heel.Rooms were very clean and beds were huge and very comfortable.Prior to booking we were not informed that the bar/ pool bar and restaurant wouldn’t be open. We arrived at 10pm and had no way of having a drink or bite to eat. We should have been told.The pool area is beautiful and made up for the sad hotel. The hotel is quite isolated and really I wouldn’t recommend it.

    Stayed with my fiancée and daughter really nice helpful staff , Pool was nice and clean ,Room very outdated , No alcohol also wasn’t mentioned before I got there , Not the nicest of areas outside hotel wouldn’t recommend walking around there at night, my biggest problem was we didn’t have running water in the hotel for 24 hours none in the shower sink or toilet.

    Me and my friend went on a short holiday here and we absolutely loved it. The food was really nice and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our twin room was huge and clean however, we did not have a safe in our room but apart from that we had clean towels, REALLY comfy beds and balcony was private. Reception was helpful and polite and always there to help. Location wasn’t really walking distance from any shops ect however, there was always taxis outside the hotel to take you to where you would like to go for a low cost. We would both recommend coming here and we are coming back soon!
