    Just perfect

I came here to stay with Flavours holidays as an organised trip. The villa is perfectly situated to visit lots of places. The villa is really beautiful and well kept with fantastic staff who take really good care of you. They also feed you so well! My room was lovely and overlooked the gardens. I think this is private rental for groups now only.

    Painfully slow

This is a beautiful place with lovely rooms and gardens. Nice pool too but the wait for food was horrendous. 1 hour plus for lunch. It became a joke how long it would take to arrive, when it came it was fine. Breakfast was poor quite frankly.

Relaxing pool days with many disappointments

    rating16 Aug 2019

We liked the atmosphere there - views from the rooms are beautiful, the property itself looks luxurious and sunbathing experience is very nice. You get the feeling like you're at a private villa when there aren't many other guests around. The room is nice and big, bed and shower are very good. Our main problem was food - we woulnd't recommend eating there because it is overpriced and doesn't have much variety. My partner is vegetarian and he had only 3 options to choose from and it is hard to do that for multiple days. The food quality in general was rather not good. Also the rooms need extra cleaning + we found stains on pillows and pool towels. It is pretty hard to communicate with the staff because often there is no-one around for example when you wanna order a drink or organize a taxi to the city. Be aware that taxi to the city and to the airport is 200MAD which is quite expensive. The breakfast doesn't have much variety to it and when they said it is served from 9am then actual food arrived around 9:20am which may cause problems if people have plans to go somewhere earlier.

Quiet and beautiful haven outside the city

    rating16 Apr 2019

We were moved here for 2 nights as our chosen hotel was over booked. We enjoyed the stay very much. The pool in particular is beautiful and as it is long and narrow is ideal if you actually want to swim rather than play or have a quick refreshing dip. We had one lunch, one dinner and one breakfast at the hotel. The dinner was OK, but we felt the choices were limited and some of it rather bland. The one waiter was kept very busy, even though it was fairly quiet. Lunch was sandwiches - excellent. The breakfast was a pre-prepared plate of pancakes, pastries, etc, orange juice and coffee/tea.We asked for cooked food too(egg) and that was great. Because this is a small hotel(only 10 rooms) they operate on minimal staff.THose we spoke to were very good - Amin on Reception and two of the waiters - but service can be slow as they are doing everything. Our thanks to Amin for arranging our camel ride with taxis there and back at short notice. The one downside we found was being so far out of town. Our pre-booked tours were not willing to drop us and collect us from the hotel and taxi fares were expensive So you should be prepared for this... bring a car or extra cash! Even getting to the local bus would be a 20 minute walk, plus 20-30 minutes into the centre...
