    We arrived at a later time and booked through booked at com. Not only was the room dirty, but all the towels were stained. The shower had hair all over the bottom of it and was very filthy. They said they had breakfast the next day that would include fruit, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal, and toast When we got down when breakfast was first being served. All there was was piece of bread and watery oatmeal I called after we left and about what I had experienced. They tried to lie and say that we got an upgrade and we just complained about a hairdryer which was nottrue File a compliant with the Better Business Bureau and they are willing to do nothing to compensate us for our terrible experience due to complaints about bugs, we hardly sleep highly not recommended by my husband and I Hemant Patel, Owner at Days Inn By Wyndham Lake City I 10, responded to this review We have pest control come every two weeks. We can not help for out side bugs that come in from outside. We have a cleaning agency. Rooms are checked daily. you keep reporting this on every site at this time this is harrashment. everything has been documented. You even conatcted bbb.

    This my own opinion and my own experience.. i dont want no one else to feel as if i’m trying to not give them the service they deserve this was just me… The room was nice but it was absolutely disgusting in the places u can’t see but have to clean.. the under lid of the toilet nasty and black molding. the bed was dirty with peoples hairs.. the head board was tearing and the towels smelled horrible the shower was nasty.. I do have good things to the water was hot and good and stuff but i’m not the type to complain but that was out of hand. no one wants to sleep where mold is at. it even looked like it inside where the water is.. and i even found bugs in my towel/rags it was wrapped in it. and not to mention no plunger or nothing.
