Location

The hotel is located in the Hivernage area, close to the casino, the main historical monuments of the medina and the famous Djemaa el Fna square. The train and bus stations are roughly 1 km away and Menara International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 4 km from the hotel.

Facility

The resort welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 242 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The resort offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board and full board can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Kennedy hospitality resort is in a good location close to restaurants and a large mall. Rooms are very simple, no AC , no functioning safety box and fridge was also not working. Breakfast ok with yogurt, fruits, bread, omelette and variety of hot food. It unfortunately gets a bit chaotic from time to time when teacups, cutlery, bowls etc are short.Quiet area

    The hotel is situated walkable distance from the medina and also walkable from the aitport (5 Km) if you are up for itThe reception area and the pool area are amazing, the reception smelt wonderful.The rooms (and the corridor) we stayed looked tired but were very clean. Our double bedroom was spacious.There are supposed to be some restaurants for different cuisines (Moroccan, Italian etc) but they have been shut for a while and the signs are yet to be removed. There is a nice looking bar area inside, but we did not use it.There is only one restaurant (used for breakfast and buffet dinner). The staff are very polite and helpful (often saw them being rushed off their feet)Breakfast: Had a good variety of Moroccan and continental food, there was enough variety for non-vegetarians and vegetariansBuffet (food only): Cost 20 Euros per head (by cash) and there was plenty of variety of food, enough variety for non-vegetarians and vegetarians. The popular dishes such as the beef tagine appear to finish very quickly if you don't get there early enough. The fish dish was awful, the vegetarian dishes and the desserts were ok.Bar next to pool: Beer (Casa Blanca) was nice and there are a selections of ice creams (Magnums) as well. Don't bother with the food (we had burgers and pizzas and there were awful!) and also with any cocktails (I ordered Pina colada, and the drink was decanted from a tinned can! and I had to pay an exorbitant price)

    A very lovely hotel that also has bungalows. From the hotel to the city Centre is about a 30-minute walk. There is a lobby bar and a bar at the swimming pool. If you want to sit by the pool and have a drink, I recommend that you have some insect repellent with you as there are a few mosquitoes around. The rooms are a little on the small size but are OK. There is an ATM in the foyer.

    I stayed at this hotel with my 11-year-old daughter and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room we were first given had a broken AC and TV. When I complained, we were moved to a garden room outside the main hotel building. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable being in an outbuilding, but I had no choice.The room had working AC, but was full of mosquitoes. My daughter was bitten badly and developed a fever because of it. The hotel staff sprayed the room, but it made no difference. There was also visible mold in the bathroom, which made the stay even worse.This hotel is absolutely not family-friendly and not worth the trouble. I regret booking here – our holiday was completely ruined.

    Thumping music at poolside

    After travelling for 2 weeks round Morroco, I was delighted to see the fabulous pool and surroundings to relax for the final couple of days of my trip. Unfortunately the constant thumping music played all afternoon was not conducive to relaxation. Staff ignored all requests to lower the music, despite several requests. If you like loud thumping music whilst you're relaxing, this hotel might suit you. If you're looking for peace and relaxation it will definitely not
