    Hotel in need of some TLC , all sports equipment quite poor, rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. Food was good but lacked Gluten options which did affect a member of our party especially, no Gluten beers Staff were good and the entertainment team were amazing, just to mention a few , Loco, Speed and Sara, always on hand to make the stay fun !     I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent food throughout. What truly stood out was the amazing entertainment team, who brought so much energy and warmth to the experience. They organised a great variety of activities during the day and put on fun, engaging shows in the evening, making every moment enjoyable without feeling overwhelming.     Great resort hotel. The service was professional and friendly and the the rooms were comfortable and clean. However, I have to say the animation team of Sara, Loco, Speed, and Soufiane is the heart of the hotel, bringing unmatched vibes and joy to every activity.     Absolutely fantastic time and the entertainment dancers and singers from the Kenzi Team were friendly funny inclusive and beautiful guys and girls. Every night and every day was party night we stayed for 56 nights and it was a joyful experience. Professional and wonderful Kenzi Vlub Agdal was the fourth time for us and this surpassed all previous holidays.
