Guests have a choice of 385 rooms and 8 suites located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has 70 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water (for a fee). Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including tennis, volleyball, basketball and golf. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, bowling, aerobics and handball or, for a fee, a gym and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for lunch and dinner). Vegetarian dishes, children's meals and halal food can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    This is the perfect place to stay in Marrakech. It is an oasis in all the craziness. With several restaurants, bars, pools, and a spa, you can be away from it all when you want to be. But you are just a short 20-30 minute walk to the medina and mosque through a safe neighborhood. Taxis are also an option. If you go to the Jemma el Fna square, you can take a tuk-tuk back to the hotel.Laundry service is available: just be sure to request it be delivered to you once you figure it is done. They will not automatically deliver it. My only complaint was the fact that the fridge did not work. I did not have time to deal with it with the hotel management.Great beds and clean quiet rooms with a tea kettle. The HVAC system is pretty loud, but just consider it white noise. Also, the windows open, but watch out for unexpected (insect or avian) guests.

    I had such a wonderful stay at Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel. Everything was perfect—from the beautiful atmosphere to the great service and comfortable rooms.     We had an unplanned 6 night stay due to disrupted travel plans. In fact what initially seemed a disaster turned out to be huge gift. This hotel is superb. Lovely rooms. Clean and classy with stunning gardens, beautiful swimming pools and stretch classes and aquafit amongst other things on offer. There’s a fabulous spa onsite and so reasonably priced. (An hour’s massage for £48.) There are several restaurants on site to choose from. However I’d advise only booking B&B because the hotel is very conveniently located for nearby excellent restaurants. The staff are so kind and helpful. There were a few who really stood out: Ibrahim, Siham and Rachid in the ‘animation’ shed. They played great music all day around the pool and went out of their way to share music links with me. Their presence and music added a lovely, relaxing ambience and vibe. Just the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet, going over and above to do a brilliant job. There was also Hansae at reception who was incredibly helpful. Overall we thought the price band was good value, being near the airport it’s a great place for a last minute trip for some sunshine and chill time.
