  be careful staying here

  We had read reviews and they were not good. However we decided to go. On arrival at reception we waited whilst people in front of us complained. It was awful. I actually felt sorry for the staff.Most complaints we heard were about the cleanliness We had to stay as our two children were looking forward to a holiday. Firsty, the rooms were clean. However the fridge doors would not close. Only one ring of the cooker worked. There were no cooking untensils to use. As the restaurant was only open for breakfast and closed all the day these things would be needed.The childrens pool was a a disgrace. I actually thought that the tiles in the middle of the pool were just a very much darker colour, until i walked out there with my children. It was algea growing on the tiles from nil maintenance or cleaning. It was slippery, dangerous and unhealthy underfoot.We could not let our children play in this pool. There was no childrens entertainment in the evening as advertised. Tennis courts has no tennis balls or racketsAll in all a very poor show. Of course we complained again, the reception staff told us that the managenment were not interested and that they ignored all the complaints. They also said that they expected the Vizir to be closed down after December.There you have it. We are legitimate, we stayed in room 405ABill Morgan and family

  A little girl died here and the hotel did nothing

  A friend and I took our sons to swim at this pool yesterday. There was no lifeguard, which should have been a major red flag, but we kept an eye on our boys and swam with them. There are some big constructions in the pool and so you can't see all way across. Several other families were there with their kids as well. Suddenly, a woman pulled a little girl out of the water. She was completely limp and unresponsive. Everyone was freaking out. The woman and I started to do cpr on her, and continued to do so for 20-30 minutes until the ambulance came. We worked really hard to save her. I'm heartbroken to have been part of this tragedy. And outraged that no one from the hotel came to help, or even to ascertain the facts afterwards, or to check that we were ok. Nothing. Total silence. After a while, someone have us the news that the girl was dead. We were all just in shock, all the people who witnessed it. Some parents were screaming at the few hotel staff who were there (a couple of security guards who didn't have any say or responsibility). I pray for peace for the mother, with all my heart. I wanted to bear witness to this on here, so that in case the hotel did continue to operate as if nothing happened, at least I would have been a witness to the truth, so help me God.

  PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I came here for a mini moon after getting married and it was a massive disappointment. The feeling of being unsettled and stuck let’s just say was not relaxingGrounds- The hotel is nothing like it’s pictures!There are no staff around The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. They use to provide shuttle buses but the excuses now that it’s Covid so they do not. Food -They use to do all inclusive they do not now. It is ridiculous how they a hotel of this size has no shops and they have closed the snack bar and only serve breakfast from the restaurant. Bassicly your stuck once your here unless you want to spend £19 on a taxi and that is just one way!!I got two ice coffee as the restaurant only serve drinks, I found out that they only take cash. You would think after the hassle they put me and my husband through and after expressing how disappointed we are they would give us complimentary breakfast or even the 2 coffees. The lights DO NOT WORK ANYWHERE- bedroom - Resection toilet -toilets by the pool. Room- Rooms are very bassic! Don’t go by the pictures, they have just dressed the room up for the pictures. The oven did not work and only one hob worked. We got moved to another room and the oven still did not work. The room has no kettle or toaster The room has no sharpe knifes for cooking The phone is the room does not work. The bathroom door does not shut because of water damage As the hotel is so far away and they do not provide you with anything!!!! You think they would Just put a bottle of water in the fridgeIn summary I will be asking for a full refund as this hotel is nothing of what it advertises.

  Management has some issues with the owners of the apartments they are using for the hotel accommodation. Good chance that they will go bankrupt which may lead to accommodation cancellations without refund

  Great place , very clean and recomended for families seeking for a peacful and secured place , a fully private swiming pool to women, stuff very helpfull , kitchen well equiped , room service is top level , I have been there twice and I come back everytime I can .
