    No LBI/PCD respect. Ignored MTur 2025 (28&41). Non-springy, poor mattress. Unprepared staff. Total lack of understanding of special needs.     Stop off for the Pantanal's

    We had one night here enroute to the Pantanal’s. We were allocated room 602. The room had a queen sized bed, TV, good air conditioning, toiletries and a hairdryer, but no in room Tea or coffee making facilities. In the evening, we ate in the restaurant which had a reasonable sized menu and the food was well presented and tasty. In the morning breakfast consisted of the usual, fruit, pastries, eggs to your choice, toast and good quality coffee.     Perfect jumping off spot for Bonito and the Pantanal

    Exceptional, welcoming staff service starting at the front desk and provided throughout the hotel. Beautiful, peaceful design, with lots of light and inviting spaces, such as the outdoor deck at the restaurant. Great breakfast buffet and other meals. Kelly is a dream host, so welcoming and eager to make your dining experience a pleasure. Very clean and welcoming rooms. English spoken, a service valued by travelers.The location is right next to a lovely city park and the amazing and highly recommended Bioparque Pantanal aquarium. But there is little else around the hotel - shopping, restaurants, etc. - that is walkable. Taxi service is easy to get. Appreciated being able to make a last-minute reservation change easily and without additional cost. Stayed here three nights total over two visits. Overall, a top-notch place that I would highly recommend.     My husband and I traveled here on our way to the Fazenda Barranco Alto Eco-Lodge. I was very impressed with the service, restaurant, bar and room.The room was spacious with plenty of area to put your suitcase and hang your clothes. It was very well designed for the business traveler. All was very clean and the bathroom and shower were large. The representative from Brazil Nature Tours suggested we stay her and we were very glad he did. For American travelers, it is a bargain.     Great for our Pantanal stop-over!

    The Deville Prime hotel was the perfect stop-over during our adventures in the Pantanal. While it was a bit further from the airport than desired, the hotel exceeded expectations and was clean, well-serviced, and staff were friendly and accommodating.
