Location

Located in the centre of the Gueliz neighbourhood close to the Medina’s Old Town, the hotel opens its doors a few steps from the Marrakech Plaza commercial centre with its many shops and stores. It is a 15-minute walk to the Place Jemaa El Fna and 5 minutes from Mohamed V Avenue, the main artery of the city. Menara Airport is about 4 km away.

Facility

In the air-conditioned hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing.     Hotel closed when we got there!!!

    Flew to here for a package holiday from a very well known holiday provider who I won't name yet as we are awaiting to see if they will reimburse us our hotel costs.Arrived 13th Feb 2026 to find the doors closed and a lone security guard inside. He told us the hotel has been closed for some weeks due to an issue between the owner and the government. Paid near £150 in taxi fees back and forth to the airport and £400 for another hotel and lost our 1st day as we had to sit for 5 hrs in the airport trying to speak to this holiday company who insisted it was open. Turns out the number they were ringing to co firm it was open eas a restaurant 303kms away in Rabat called Les Trois Palmiers. Ridiculous and sickening, ruined our whole holiday.

    The worst experience!

    The worst experience i ever have had with any hotels. We arrived a day late because of the delayed flight. We tried to contact the hotel, nobody answered. Next day we arrived and first they said we don't have a room anymore. When we finally got the room, there was no toilet paper, no soap, the toilet was not flushing, the safebox was broken. The "all inclusive" is a joke. One night we didn't get any food, because the cook was "missing" as they said. Breakfast is really poor, lunch and dinner also. Lunch and dinner is not from the buffet, instead you sit down to the restaurant and wait and they will bring you whatever the cook makes that time. The pool is smal, and looked really filthy. You don't want to swin in there.They also smoke inside in the personnel rooms and the smell is everywhere.Overall I don't recommend this hotel, maybe only for an really quick stayover only. The pictures look nice, but don't believe in them.The location in perfect though, it was easy to access everywhere! Nous vous assurons qu’elle est entièrement nettoyée deux fois par jour, tôt le matin et en fin de journée. Aucune pollution visuelle ou hygiénique n’a été signalée par d’autres clients.Enfin, concernant la présence de fumée, des panneaux "interdiction de fumer" sont affichés dans tout l’établissement. Contrairement à d'autres hôtels où cela est toléré, nous appliquons strictement cette règle.     A very, very average hotel with staff who seem terrorized by an insufferable "housekeeper"... Avoid! Otherwise, the service is decent but the location is not bad... But treating staff like this "housekeeper," or rather "boss," is unacceptable...     Do not risk ruining your holiday, Angry scam hotelier!

    As per many other reviews the greasy haired, bad odoured reception guy refused our pre booked and paid for reservation claiming we hadn't paid enough and they never sell rooms for under £60 even though, I could still book via numerous booking sites for £40. It was 11pmand we'd just arrived from the airport. He requested I called Agoda to have them pay his additional scam payment or pay him ourselves. I was on my phone for an hour at a cost of £10He was very rude and refused Agoda's extra payment instead enjoying telling us we can't stay at the hotel and to leave.Please please read the reviews and don't ruin your stay, luckily I'm a seasoned traveler and organised alternative accommodation very quickly. Agoda refused to print this accurate review and I've noticed there's far less reviews on their site alerting others to avoid encountering these con artists.There's much nicer hotels with lower rates anyway.

    Horrible hotel! Very bad, not recommend staying here

    Very disappointing experience at this hotel. I do not recommend staying here.- Wi-Fi problems: There’s no wifi/internet in the rooms, even though it says "connected."- No extra bedding: Shockingly, there are no spare covers if you need. If you need one extra or one gets dirty, there’s no immediate replacement, and you’ll have to wait until the next day to get an extra.- Outdated and unclean: The furniture and towels are extremely old and appear dirty even after being cleaned and changed.- No basic amenities: Soap is not provided "you have to buy it yourself". They provice you only shampoo, But quality is very poor.- Noise problems: If your room faces the front, it’s difficult to sleep due to outside noise of the cars. The parking area is managed by a street guard who keeps screaming even at night.- Disappointing breakfast: The tea and coffee are only lukewarm, and there are no fruits or vegetables offered, well some juce.
