    We had a truly wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakech, where we  stayed in one of the beautiful villas. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated. A very special Thank you goes to our butler, Yusef, who made our stay incredibly personal. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care went far beyond expectations and truly elevated our experience. We also greatly appreciated the support from Omnia at the concierge desk, along with her colleagues, who were always helpful, kind, and efficient. The housekeeping team, especially Fatima and her colleagues, ensured everything was perfectly maintained with great care and discretion. Our drivers were consistently reliable and courteous, making every journey smooth and enjoyable. We were also especially grateful for the othe concierge team’s help ( Friday) in retrieving our daughter’s forgotten glasses after an evening out—such thoughtful service meant a lot to us. The restaurant staff at breakfast, Ling Ling in the evening at the lounge, everyone- Thank YouThis was a holiday as it should be, comfortable and full of discoveries, Thank You for sharing Your beautiful culture with us, we felt incredibly welcomed. It is hard to describe how wonderful this hotel is.     We were wowed by our Villa and the ambience of this resort. We did initially feel that bar and restaurant staff were abit all over the place, with slow attention to the details that matter / mixed up orders etc. However, we spoke to the Director of Food and Beverages, just to offer feedback, rather than complain. We were amazed by the instant attention, focus and changes he immediately put in place. And came away very impressed that he genuinely wanted to hear and address our findings, as opposed to just pacifying. As a result of his actions, we came away delighted with our experience here.     Beautiful Hotel & Stunning Rooms

    One of the best hotels in Marrakesh the rooms are stunning with large private plunge pools and ling ling restaurant is excellent. A haven within the city.     An amazing hotel with incredible service!

    This was one of the most beautiful resorts that we've ever been to! The mandarin villa was such a stunning room, well worth splurging on. Our butler Saad, couldn't do enough for us, and was always very proactive at suggestions-nothing whatsoever was ever too much trouble-an absolutely lovely man!The food was excellent in all the restaurants, but for us the standout thing was definitely the incredible service!! The staff who were mostly local, could not have been more genuine and thoughtful in all aspects of their service; they were happy to be there and it was obvious. Although everyone was lovely, some standout members of the team for us were-Saad, our butler, Abdellah, Rida, Mohamed and Bernais in the restaurants and Younes on reception. In fact we did not meet one person who wasn't lovely.It was my son's birthday while we were there and the staff made such an effort to make him feel spoilt. While there, my son and I did the Moroccan cookery lesson which I highly recommend. The chefs there were so pleasant and made sure we had a memorable time.The spa was well worth a visit too. One last mention to the goat keeper-the hotel has some pet goats and the gentleman who looks after them was so charming. Visiting the goats was one of our favourite activities.
