    I stayed here for a week with a group of friends, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.On arrival, everything initially seemed fine and check-in was smooth. One of my friends wasn’t happy with their room, but staff agreed to switch it at no extra cost. However, this promise wasn’t honoured, as we were unexpectedly charged for the change at check-out.Throughout the stay, there were constant complaints from guests about various issues, including dirty rooms and even reports of bed bugs, which was very concerning. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here.The situation escalated further on the day of departure. While I was checking out, my bag was taken without explanation due to false accusations made by another guest. This led to police involvement, and thankfully we were released without any charges—but it was a stressful and completely unnecessary experience. Which made us miss our initial flight back.To make matters worse, the pool—advertised as a feature of the hotel—was in a disgusting condition and not suitable for use.Overall, the staff were unprofessional and lacked even basic customer service skills. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to book this hotel.If I could give it a negative rating, I would.

    “Five-Star Chaos: Cold Showers, Construction Concerts & a Surprise Indoor Pool”

    I was really looking forward to my stay at this riad in Marrakech, but it turned out to be more of an endurance challenge than a relaxing getaway.First off, cleanliness clearly isn’t high on the priority list. The room felt like it had been “lightly introduced” to a cleaning cloth at some point in the distant past. In fact, the walls were covered in mould, which really added a certain “abandoned spa” vibe. Basic essentials were also missing — no toilet roll, which is always a fun surprise when you discover it a little too late.Then there was the hot water… or rather, the complete lack of it. Nothing quite wakes you up like an unexpected ice bath when you were hoping for a nice warm shower after a long day. Not that it mattered much, because using the shower basically flooded the entire bathroom anyway — more of an indoor paddling pool than a functional wash space.As for peace and quiet — forget it. The building work next door provided a complimentary all-day soundtrack of drilling and banging. If you’ve ever wanted to feel like you’re sleeping inside a construction site, this is the place for you. The huge gaps in the windows made sure none of that lovely noise was kept out, so you get the full surround sound experience.Overall, if you’re into cold showers, indoor swimming, DIY percussion concerts, and a bit of a “survival mode” holiday, you might enjoy it. Otherwise, I’d probably look elsewhere.

    Disgusting room, mouldy walls. No hot water.Moved rooms twice, all the same.Staff rude and unhelpful.Asked for a hairdryer, got told other guests had broken them so I couldn’t have one. After complaining they lent me one for a night.Stayed for two nights, then had to change hotels.

    The place was scruffy, dirty, in the midst of a building site. Hole in one of the doors, knobs missing from furniture, curtains not attached properly, grey towels, dirty washbasin. No light in shower room. Velvet covered dressing table with cigarette burn in it. Grim.

    Arrived and waited quite a while for the room to be ready, the room was terrible and we asked to be moved, dirty would be an understatement. Took a couple of hours to get different room which was better but still terrible. Shower dirty, no bracket so shower loose and water sprayed everywhere, no hot water, two plug sockets (one behind TV high on wall- luckily we brought our own extension), towels grey and threadbare, burn marks in bedding, toilet not working (was fixed later in day but originally told it maybe the next day), bulb out - said two mins will fix - never was, fridge on floor not near a socket and so dirty/old. Breakfast horrible, coffee weak and tasteless, rotten fruit very little selection. Pool area very run down no sun loungers, paint peeling on stairs. Hotel is very run down in general but could be lovely. The photos of the hotel both on love holidays and their own website are not a true reflection presuming many years old. Avoid, couldn't possibly recommend.
