    First time in Morocco. Was pleased with the warm welcome and smiley genuine staff. Impressed with the excellent range and quality of the food and delicious Moroccan wine. 25 mins out from the centre of Marrakech so shuttle buses or taxis needed for sightseeing. Comfortable rooms and attractive architecture. The pool was on the cold side, but refreshing on a hot day.Mix of guests and nationalities which added to the enjoyment.

    Please ignore bad reviews of this hotel!We got back a week ago after our third visit to this hotel and we had a fantastic time yet again.Our room was comfortable and clean, there were plenty of delicious options at meal times and we always find the pool very clean and well maintained. It is a bit cold but on a hot day, it’s the best way to cool down!The best thing though,about this hotel are the staff. They are amazing!From the reception staff, cleaners and waiting staff, especially Soufian, to the fabulous animation team( Mimi, Mery, Zizou, Joseph and the highly talented Yassine. They helped to make our holiday truly memorable! Thank you🤩

    This is just a great hotel. The staff are extremely helpful ( with exception of the shop staff who are very rude and inattentive, preferring to spend time on their phones than any kind of customer service). The food is plentiful, although not always particularly warm, but it is of a good standard. The rooms are spacious and clean and ticked all the boxes for us. The grounds are very well tended and lush for a country that doesn’t get much rain. The shuttle bus to the Medina is great value at only £5 per couple return. Would we come back? - absolutely. Great value for money, excellent service and an all-round great holiday experience.     Great first trip to Morocco

    Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for a week and we had a lovely time. I was sceptical as I had read some of the bad reviews however there was really nothing to worry about. The majority of the staff were all incredibly friendly, especially the animation team who worked tirelessly every day to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The food was varied with lots of fresh salads and traditional Moroccan dishes. It did get repetitive after a few days but that’s just the nature of all inclusive. I always found something to eat especially as I’m not a big meat eater there was plenty of choice. Not a huge choice of drinks but I really enjoyed the white wine so I was more than happy drinking that as the cocktails were a little sweet. The shuttle bus into Marrakech was a life saver on the colder days as we were unable to sit by the pool so a mooch around the medina for a few hours was a good way to pass the time. The trip takes around 30 mins and if you end up missing the bus back you can always book an uber as we did. Overall I had a fab time staying here, the only grumble we had was the bathroom was a little tired and needed some TLC but it didn’t ruin our experience and we would be more than happy to stay here again.     Booked this hotel for myself & daughter who has additional needs as it wasn’t in the hub of busy Marrakech. All I can say is, thank you for making this holiday such an enjoyable experience for us both. All the staff were friendly, we got to practise our basic French, even though they spoke English; the animation team & bar & restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure my daughter was happy, included & felt relaxed enough to enjoy our time here. The food is amazing, rooms are spacious & regularly cleaned. It’s a beautiful place & we will hopefully be back!
