    Check in is at 3 and check out is at 11 am. A little later than usual hotels, but as long as you’re aware of this beforehand you should be fine. The location is on a quiet residential street, it’s away from the hustle and bustle so keep that in mind. There isn’t much that is walking distance - the hotel staff will gladly call a taxi for you so it’s no problem getting transportation. The space itself is clean, spacious, modern and very nice. There’s a spa on site, which is also very clean and nice. The breakfast was lavish and was served in our apartment. Dining at the hotel is expensive however. Overall it was a wonderful experience and the staff is very polite and friendly!     Away from the hustle of the Medina , was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids . Spacious apartment with chill out space too , inside and outside on the beautiful balconies . We didn't cook in , and didn't locate any cooking utensils but am sure the reception would arrange if you wanted to eat in . Cleaners came every day and did amazing job _also stocked up on all the fab toiletries .Breakfast was lovely . Very small pool but we were the only ones who used it so perfect for us ! Reception helped with all taxi bookings and recommendations . Maybe the surrounding area a bit run down for some , but that's Marrakesh for you and we would stay there again !     ...about the stars, what I do know is, that if you are not paying their rack- or advertised rate, you are probably getting good value for money, at least. I like space and there is an abundance of it in the actual accommodation (non-smoking inside). You have a sizeable living room and one or two bedrooms with one or two bathrooms, all in good shape, clean with comfy bedding and some nice design twists. There is piping hot water in spacious showers, as you would expect and a huge kitchen (unequipped, but I guess that's available on request). Our apartment had a pleasant terrace either side. Staff is mostly obliging and attentive and the location of the place could be a lot worse. You want a car or take a taxi from/to there though. What did we miss..?..just a couple of things: tea/coffee making facilities (the lack of which makes the big kitchen look particularly ridiculous) and for breakfast some fresh cheese...both would have been available on request with some notice though.     Just stayed here for a 4 night mini break with some girl friends. We had a two bedroom apartment which was even better than the pictures, really big spacious rooms with amazing views from the balconies. Breakfast was huge, too much if anything and it could be ordered to our room. The roof top pool is very small but lovely and private and was perfect for what we wanted. The bar and restaurant was good though not open late.Everyone was super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.Would highly recommend this little gem

    we visited on the 15th April 2017 staying for 3 nights, we arrived quite late however we were greeted very well and were able to check in immediately as we had 3 children with us, the room was amazingly spacious with everything you could ask for a kettle, toaster, microwave, fully equipped kitchen basically! we even had a washing machine! the living room area was lovely and walked onto a private balcony which was again very spacious and we had some lovely evenings sat out there, the bedrooms had lots of space and each with its own tv, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely and well stocked with luxury toiletries and a hairdryer and plenty of towels and bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast was amazing we were served on our table and nothing was too much trouble we loved being greeted by the lovely lady (sorry we forgot her name) the next day she even remembered what we all had the previous day in regards to our hot drinks, on the last day I couldn't make it to breakfast and she brought breakfast to my room and I had everything I wanted she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, even the security staff were amazing helping us with our shopping, and directing us to wherever we wanted to go.
