Location

This spa complex is situated in the hotel area of Marrakech, in Agdal. The hotel is conveniently close to the Palais Royal, the Kasbah and the famous Pacha Marrakech. The famous square of Djemaa el Fna is also just minutes away from the hotel, and the centre of Guéliz is 2 km away.

Facility

15 suites and 191 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Travellers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room and a café. The hotel offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board and full board can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu.     Great location - nice and quiet although it´s right next to everything!

    We booked our easter-stay directly on the website and could not have been more pleased! The apartment was spacious with all amenities needed both for a short or longer stay, the beds super comfy, and the location excellent. It´s a well built beautiful old house so no noises either from neighbours or the street. The location is right next to a sunny park and cozy cafés and just five minutes walk from the main square in Old town -or you can take the tram just ten steps away. Anna the manager was so kind and helpful, making our arrival and check-in easy and ensuring we would have a great stay. We would definitely stay with Crystal suites old town again. Such a great experience and one we can strongly recommend.     Lovely apartment, lovely host! Lovely place!

    Lovely apartments! we stayed in one of the apartments with a balcony that overlooked the street, we both said the bed was thee most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, we did have some noise outside from a group of people on one of our nights there but thats something that cannot be helped, the apartment itself is clean, spacious and was litterally a home from home, situated a short walking distance from the main square but with some lovely food and drinking outlets a stones throw away. Shower was always lovely and hot, and little things like water in the fridge and tea and coffee were much appreciated, Anna was a great host from the minute we booked, emailing offering us a cab to be book for our arrival, and emailing us again the day of arriving with all information we needed in order to access the apartments, our flight landed very late at night but everything was as she said it would be and was perfect!!     Great apartment in a great location

    The apartment at Crystal Suites Old Town was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, less than 10 minutes walk to the square, plenty of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. The building is in a nice quiet area so you can get a good night's rest for all the walking around the city! Great air conditioning which was well needed during our stay. Everything was pristine, very clean and tidy. There is a small supermarket at the end of the road for you to stock up the fridge with essentials. Fantastic value for money, we couldn't fault the place at all and would 100% stay here again, there's so much to see in Krakow!     Anna and Janusz were great hosts. We stayed in a loft that exceeded our expectations, due to the spaciousness and distribution of the apartment (the sofa bed was immense), for 3 or 4 people it is ideal. We enjoyed breakfast at the Cafe Fable, 3 minutes walk away and I can only speak wonders about it and the girls of the Café.Finally, although we used the tram a couple of times, we went on foot to most places, which gives an idea of how well connected the apartment is. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it an 11. I would repeat without a doubt.
