    I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with my father. Everything was fine and beautiful, we didn't hear any noise from outside or in the hallway, it was quiet and we could rest. Very good breakfast, boiled egg, scrambled eggs, sweet and savory pastries, cheese, salami, yogurt, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, their own pie, jam. We had half board, very satisfied, very good food, we chose from the menu what we wanted to eat. Clean hotel, friendly staff, friendly waiters, every day the room was cleaned, close to the airport, 10 minutes. We had a double room facing the street, without a balcony, beautiful. The furniture in the room is older but very clean. If I were to go to Morocco again, I would choose this hotel again. We were satisfied! There is a very good supermarket 600 m away.

    STAY AWAY THIEVES ... CHECK REVIEWS OF OTHER PEOPLE FOUND SOME REVIEWS HERE WITH SAME AS MY EXPERIENCE... PHONES, LAPTOP, SUITES, WALLETS...STOLEN OTHER GUESTSMINE WAS JEWELRY...THEY COME TO YOUR ROOM.. WHEN YOU ARE ASLEEP , YOU WAKE SOME OF THINGS ARE TAKEN ..WHEN YOU ASKED CAMERA TO STaff not willing to show you I have a feeling that was inside job as this is not the first time when reading reviews which I found only here in trip advisor in this Hotel as not appearing reviews in booking.comPlease stay away with all my travel first time I experienced an accomodation robbing / stealing their guests properties, belongings or valuables.I pray who ever the staff or staffs doing this in this hotel be sucked putting the owner business down. I feel sorry for the owner.

    Disappointed reception and service customer

    This hotel is a complete disappointment. I have been trying to call Palais Bahja several times and not once did anyone bother to answer the phone. The reception seems to be non-existent — no one picks up, no support for clients, and no way to get any help even if you need something urgent or if you left your belongings at the hotel. It feels like the place is only existing as a building, but there is absolutely no reception, no customer service, and no communication at all. Emails go unanswered, phone calls ignored. It’s insane that a hotel like this can operate with such a total lack of professionalism. Definitely the worst experience with customer service I’ve ever had.

    Not the best comfort and the hotel looked like it was under renovation. Staff was not helpful and some even on the edge of being rude. As other comments said, avoid the breakfast. No much choice apart from dry stuff and not appealing at all. not great.

    Plain Hotel nearby the main train station

    So I opted for this Hotel since it is nearby the main train station and it is in an uncrowded area.Both of that was true and to emphasize the cleanliness was top notch.I had breakfast (from 7 to 10 a.m.) included, which was quite plain, but enough to start the day. The selection in the restaurant is much better.A few things didn't work well (Power Plug near the bed, bath room equipment), otherwise the room was handy and good equiped. In summary a good price-performance-ratio.
