    Food not a good experience

    We popped in yesterday while passing for a late lunch and did not enjoy the experience.The food was tasteless on both our meals although price and quantity were acceptable.We were the only diners but the waiting time was longer than expected. Halfway through the meal we were asked to pay as they were closing the restaurant after we had gone!

    Nice atmosphere, staff were wonderful, but the food was horrible, they should try and serve better food... You do not serve veggies for breakfast

    This hotel truly does not deserve a 4-star. The food is bad, the rooms are very noisy and quite small, the pool upstairs is only for small children and the Wi-Fi is so weak, you can only text without sending any pictures. The only thing that was good was the diffuse AC in the room...but even than, we could have benefitted from the white noise of a normal AC.

    Pros: Clean. Cheap even at last minute. Safe available, not big enough for laptops though.Small fridge. Twin rooms are decent sizes and have shower cubicles. Rooms have tvs. Food is halal and no alcohol served anywhere. AC in rooms. Toiletries provided, shampoo, shower gel & soap.Cons:Language barrier with most staff either French or Arabic. Only v few understood/spoke English.Only 1 small lift.Room cards discharged too quickly, reception staff got annoyed at having to recharge them so frequently. Very noisy outside, and from rooms above. No blackout curtains. No iron or board in rooms, only 1 iron available for the whole hotel. At breakfast we were charged for the cold water bottles although we weren't told at time of request.Very limited breakfast, esp cooked, no cereals.Lots of broken items in the 5 rooms broken wardrobes, missing fridge, The double rooms have bath tubs rather than showers which were really hard and dangerous to step in and out of,  esp with tiled floors.No bins in any of the 5 rooms we booked.

    Very good hotel in a good location, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The service is top and the rooms are clean.There are couple of things which requires improvement and attention.1. The rooms didn't have any drinking water. 2. The rooms didn't have a tea/coffee maker3. The rooms didn't have any dustbin4. The bathroom sink tap were lose, broken and leaking5. The plug sockets are not EU friendly, you will need a 3rd party adaptor to use the plugs.Best Wishes
