    Very disappointing experience – poor service and maintenance issues

    I stayed for 2 nights at Rawabi Hotel Marrakech & Spa and my overall experience was very disappointing.Before our arrival, we already faced an issue. Due to a slight delay, I tried to contact the hotel several times using the phone number provided in the reservation, but no one answered. This shows a clear lack of professionalism and customer service.Upon arrival, we discovered a problem in the bathroom: the shower faucet was damaged, causing a continuous water leak during use, which made it uncomfortable.Furthermore, during our entire 2-night stay, housekeeping never came to clean the room or change the towels, even though we reported this issue to the reception. No action was taken.This lack of responsiveness and poor service does not meet the expected standards.Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel in its current condition.

    The receptionist lady was very welcoming and ready to help swap the rooms, The rooms need a lot of repair work and maintenance .. from the bathroom that is not draining to the rusted hair drier.

    Nora on reception was lovely and so helpful! Decor of hotel is fab and very modern but the room itself was filthy with used condom wrappers under the locker, thick with dust and bathroom had not been given a deep clean in what looked like months. No iron or kettle in room which are pretty basic things to provide especially in a 4 star. Breakfast was below average … would not return unfortunately….

    Perfect family weekend in Marrakech

    We had an amazing family weekend and absolutely loved everything about it ! The staff were so kind and helpful, the room was vers comfortable, and they even provided a baby cot for our little one. Great food, lovely pools, and a peaceful atmosphere ! Everything was perfect ! We’ll definitely come back !
