    This hotel was very good in 2024 but has changed for the worse in 2025.I paid for breakfast but the choice of food was very limited. There were no teabags for 3 days even after i complained. The hotel has open ground behind it which is used by local youths at night with motorbikes. It was very noisy and difficult to sleep. It is also next to a main road with cars racing all night. The concierge did not help with my bags, even after i tipped him. I would ask for compensation and my breakfast money back but do not know how to apply. I will not use this hotel again.

    e truly enjoyed our one-night stay! Our room was clean, with a hot shower and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. The only minor issue was the slow Wi-Fi in our room.We highly recommend this hotel. It's a peaceful spot with many restaurants nearby, and the shopping center is just a pleasant walk away

    Stayed here for six days as a tourist. The hotel is basically in a retail park on a really busy road junction. Bad pointsRooms are ok but bathrooms look grubby and run downReally noisy due to road noise and the windows don't lock so doesn't sound proof. Also I was moved due to noise from 5th floor to 3rd floor but in to an adjoining room. Awoken by neighbours showering at 2am and hair dryer going.... then the Cockerell started making up the neighbourhood at 4amBreakfast is very traditional moroccon so don't expect too much. The older lady serving is very grumpy but younger staff niceGood pointsIn November the weather is still good but the sun is low so sun at the pool only until around 2pmPlenty of loungers tho when I was there Comfortable bed but not much storage for twoBest staff has to be Lahcen on reception who showed true empathy. Also the gent working in the restaurant fed the cat and kittens outside and was just lovely Overall a good location for seeing the souk and medina but bring ear plugs!

    Very basic hotel, no bar area, freezing pool.The hotel was clean and staff nice. The woman on reception was lovely and helpful.They didn’t have a bar area to get drinks from and you had to pay for coffee.The pool area was clean but it was freezing and often in the shade.

    BEWARE false marketing. I do not normally complain but I object to being conned. Arranged to meet family for a nights stay and relaxed meal with alcoholic drinks and wine prior to flight next day. Being mindful and respectful of alcohol restrictions in Morocco chose this hotel as it advertises a bar and alcoholic drinks in its marketing photos. Upon asking where the bar was I was told it had been taken out!! If it had ever been there I’m not sure where it could have been located. Therefore had to take 20 minute taxi journey to a suitable restaurant catering for all requirements. The rooms are spartan no bottled water or tea or coffee making facilities. We had to leave early 6am at the time restaurant supposed to open no it didn’t!! so no opportunity to get a tea or coffee.Rooms are not sound proofed as we heard person in next room coughing and using the toilet also very noisy outside as our room was road side. Booking.com are trying to contact the hotel to address the false advertising and misrepresentation of facilities but they are not responding!! I wonder why!!!!!!!!!
