    Beautiful, calm oasis in a great location to walk to the souks and other sites

    A very nicely maintained and designed boutique hotel in an excellent location. The manager, Stefania, welcomed us and saw us off at the end of our stay which is a nice touch. We have already booked to stay again. The hotel is very calm with a nice breakfast and well appointed bedrooms. The location is along a quite alleyway but only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.     Excellent and relaxing stay at this little oasis in busy Marrakech. Very attentive staff, lovely breakfast. clean and functional room and nice rooftop area with small pool for relaxation too.     Warm, wonderful and worth every penny — a Marrakesh gem

    A truly magical stay — 5 starsMy sister-in-law and I visited Riad 72 in March 2026 and left completely enchanted. From the moment we arrived, the team's warmth was evident — attentive and anticipatory without ever being intrusive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay.Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, and the Riad's balcony views were simply breathtaking. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight — fresh, beautifully presented, and featuring what may be the best orange juice I have ever tasted in my life.The team went above and beyond in helping us plan our excursions, navigate the souks, and arrange all our transportation — both our arrival transfer and our onward journey. A special mention to Aziz, who was kind and attentive in helping with our luggage and making sure we were safely into our transport each time. The location is ideal — a short walk to the souks and all the nearby attractions. We only needed to order a taxi once the entire trip, and that was only because of the rain! I have already recommended Riad 72 to friends and will continue to do so without hesitation.
