  wifi and can't locate manager

  Employees and breakfast was amazing BUT i had few issues. I will detail everything below.WIFI was issue for 3 days. 3rd floor didnt have wifi working. I didnt complain due to hotel was sold out.Hotel knew it was issue with wifi because there is someone else came after me and complained.Sheets are not soft and some of them you can see through. I didnt complain but i think Genersl Manager know.I asked employees would i get compensated for wifi issues but they couldnt find manager. Employees told me i can have few drinks and snack and they can write off due to WiFi issues.I live in Orlando, Fl USA.Every franchised hotel in orlando behind Front desk has a GM name which i didnt see in comfort uberlandia. When i checked out employees could not print receipt. Employees told me can they email me and i said sure but receipt never came. Employees gave me business card which has a wrong email address.I will post photo of wrong business card. Business card email is WRONG. It says atlandica which should be ATLANTICA.My hotel receipt i couldn't open today to file for expenses. I have sent a complaint to choice hotels.   Good Hotel

  I stayed here for 2 days for business, Good hotel with airport and shopping center nearby. Breakfast is also good. Television needs more channels specially English. Room conditions is good.   Carpet in 2017: TERRIBLE

  Very well located, near to everything that you may need in the city, but (yes, you saw that coming!) the carpet is terrible, old, dirty and a invitation for all your allergies in a single shot. The hotel has an incredible children proposal, but it's a failure. If I was a father i'd never take my children to a place that might let their allergies come out because of the environment. It was a nightmare right from the start, when i took of my shoes and I stepped in the floor i looked it right away and there wore hairs and dust in my feet. I'm a very allergic person and something like a filthy carpet doesn't help at all. Comfort Hotel has potencial to be a very great cost-benefit, probably the best, but they kill their own potencial letting us step in with our left foot right from the start.

  Clean, but the old carpet leave a dirty feeling. No one advise that laundry service would had not took place on that specific saturday because of following monday public holiday (???). I had to go out and buy clothes......

  I stayed for a night at the Comfort Inn. It was a last minute reservation, during a period when the hotel was full, so price is really very difficult to evaluate.The front desk staff were extremely helpful, friendly and are all a credit to the chain. Staff that worked in other areas, notably the restaurant and breakfast area, well, were less so...The room, comfortable, but horribly noisy. Housekeeping walked past the door day and night, as well as backing onto a street that came to life rather early. I was put into a handicap accessible room, which, while was a little odd, didn't make a huge difference. The bed was comfortable, however, some of the rather dated furniture was peeling etc...Not a good look. The carpet was really very worn, and I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay, not a lengthy one.
