Location

This riad is situated in the heart of the Marrakech Medina right next to the Bab Doukkaka Mosque and 10 minutes' walk from the exotic Jemma El Fna Square and from a number of shops and nightlife options. The tourist centre of Gueliz, with its many bars and restaurants, is approximately 15 minutes away on foot, as are Koutoubia and Majorelle Gardens. The main train station is a 10-minute drive and the Oukeimeden ski area is around an hour and a half by car. Marrakech-Menara Airport is approximately 8 km from the riad.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1920. The hotel has a lift and features 6 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Guests of the hotel can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library.     Beautiful traditional riad very close to centre of Marrakech. Rooms and roof terrace etc very pretty. Ate here three times in evening and food was traditional and tasty. Breakfast lovely and fresh. Staff friendly and helpful.

    Absolutely fantastic stay. Just landed home from there into London and I can honestly say was fantastic. I stayed here to attend a friend’s wedding. They couldn’t do enough for us, as travelled with friends. They pre booked the car to take us to the wedding before we flew there on Friday, breakfast amazing, communication impeccable and when we were leaving the manager waited with us for our taxi back to the airport (as I had arranged transfer to airport separately) and called the driver to make sure he comes on time. Fabulous! First time in a Riad after two previous visits to Marrakech staying in resorts. This Riad is within walking distance to everything I’m definitely a Riad convert! If you are thinking of it then choose here! And this place the cleaning was just something else, so clean!

    Ideal place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Peaceful and quiet…a hidden treasure. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They are always on hand to assist with any questions.

    2 couplers travelled in Mid March. Highly recommend a stay here. Or flight arrived early evening, Abdur organised a taxi taxi to collect us at the airport. We ate at the hotel on the first night. Really nice 3 course meal, it was Ramadan so there was no alcohol available. No issue but a point to note for those of you that may enjoy a glass of wine with their meal. Breakfast the next day was really nice, pastry's and eggs were available with fresh fruit and yogurt. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Really helpful
