Location

The hotel is located in the north of the Old Town, deep in the heat of the Sidi Ben Sliman district. It is just a short stroll from bazaars and Medersa Ben Youssef, from the Bab Taghzout taxi station and parking, and just 15 minutes' walk from the famous Djemaa el Fna square and the nearest bus station. Marrakech-Menara Airport is approximately 5 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 16 single rooms and 16 double rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests' vehicles can be parked in the garage, subject to availability. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms include air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Some rooms include a balcony. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and 16 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools as well as a children's swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation.     Music way to loud in dining area. Music in Spanish, not English. Room has no microwave. TV fridge didn't work, they did come and fix them .ironing board fell apart when opened. They did replace it. No cold milk to buy. To many protein drinks for sale. Can do way better on selection. No complimentary newspaper to read in lobby. Shut t Le took me to the wrong doubletree after asking the driving where I wanted to go from the airport. Had trouble checking in. They could not understand that I booked thru eugencia for company buisness. Took awhile for them to figure it out. Staff are nice. No laundry for guests, when I inquired they said no, but did not inform me I could have my laundry sent out. That should have been the second thing she could've said Dining selections limited. Breakfast horrible

    Comfort, Convenience, and Service Done Right Near SFO

    My 5-day, 4-night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Francisco Airport Boulevard was a smooth and comfortable experience. The room was cozy, clean, and tastefully minimalist—perfect for rest after long days.A minor issue with the air conditioning in my initial room was resolved promptly with an automatic room change—kudos to the front desk team for their warm, efficient service. Complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and the fitness center was well-maintained.Dining at The Landings was decent, though breakfast options could be more varied.Overall, a solid and reliable stay with excellent service and comfort.Tips for Future Guests: • Don’t hesitate to approach the front desk—they are very responsive and helpful. • If breakfast variety matters to you, consider exploring nearby options. • Take advantage of the fitness center—it’s clean and functional. • Enjoy the complimentary Wi-Fi for work or streaming—fast and reliable.

    My room was above the restaurant and they saw we would be at the hotel for 4 nights and never warned us of the banging. The rate was not insignificant, actually on the high side for an airport hotel, and did not live up to doubletree standards. We had 2 people staying in room and they constantly gave only one towel and I had to request the room to be cleaned. Water should just be given like at other doubletree hotels. I would not stay here again.

    Lack of customer service and stiffed on daily food and beverage credit

    Very cheap renovations, loose electrical sockets, A/C that warms rather than cools the room, etc. Was not recognized as a Diamond member upon check-in and was not told that the Hilton daily food and beverage credit only applies to the restaurant and not the market/store items. I have stayed at 20+ Hilton properties this year and this is the first time the credit did not apply to these items. Keep in mind, a cheap owner most often translates to a cheap hotel (not the cost but rather the material, fixtures and upkeep of the property) and this is what this hotels exemplifies. Many other, much better options in the area.     We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed there one night after a cross country flight that arrived late in the evening. The check in process was seamless, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast and check out fine. The hotel is well decorated. We chose the booking option that includes a breakfast credit which made the whole thing an excellent value. Many hotel chains don't put much effort into making their airport hotels stand out but Doubletree has done a really good job here. Will definitely stay again if I have the chance.
