  Keeya was very nice and professional from start to finish. She made sure I was completely satisfied and checked in to make sure everything was right. Her customer service was excellent, and she created a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a 10/10 experience—I’d be happy to come back and be served by her again.

  Keeya the bartender took care of me at the last minute. They were about to close and she took her time and made my drink, although I apologized realizing she was getting off, she did not make me feel like it was a burden or a problem to provide great customer service.

  Shout out to Skyler on the front desk and Maria for housekeepingSkyler - I was able to get an early check- in, the whole check in process itself was less than a minute, she was smiling the whole time and she gave me a list of great recommendations to do in RaleighMaria - the room itself was really clean as expected but she took it a step further with the fun details she laid out in restroom (the towel and tissue decorations) Devon Schumann, Owner at DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh Midtown, responded to this review Hello,Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
