  Stayed at this hotel October to November 26 dys in all. could not have asked for better the staff were very helpful and friendly and good service would definitely stay here again.   I have stayed at Ramada hotels quite often in the past, was always very pleased with the chain and did not think I could go wrong in Iskenderun either. We booked for 3 nights but stayed only one.The room was clean but the closet was falling apart with a large hole in the back wall and so narrow that it was impossible to close. The window blinds were so noisy that we almost fell out of bed when the neighbors closed or opened theirs. There was bascially no sound absorption between the rooms, you heard everything your neighbors said word for word. Due to the hole in closet you could even smell the cigaret smoke from next-door.The internet did not work well and the safe did not work at all, even after the technicians had a go at it.Breakfast was very poor quality and the breakfast room itself was like a cafeteria.I would never stay at this hotel again. özge çolakoğlu, Guest Services / Front Office at Ramada by Wyndham Iskenderun, responded to this review Dear Guest;First of all, we thank you for your interest in our hotel.   Highly recommended. Large rooms, large bathroom and so well designed. I loved the pools both indoor and outdoor and I also enjoyed massage at the spa. Wifi works great in the room and maid service is effect with attention to every detail. Reception guys and girls and super professional. Also air con can be self controlled and works perfectly.   Just had a month stay for business. Hotel staff are great and looked after me well during my stay. Few issues with room to start with but where sorted immediately. Hotel located near center and short walk to water front.   I come to Iskendurun about one weekend a month. For my last trip I decided to try something different and booked a room at Ramada. Big mistake. From start to finish this was a horrible experience. The person at the front desk was rude and didn't seem to want to be bothered to deal with me. My room looked nice but I asked for nonsmoking and there was no hiding the cigarette smell. The power went out at least 4 times during my 2 night stay and after the first time I had no AC. I called twice to get this taken care of but I got promises but no service. The internet also did not work after my first night. In all, I paid twice what I normally do and got half the quality one would expect. If you are staying in Iskendurun, I would strongly recommend a different hotel.
