  The hotel is very clean. We received an upgraded room with our Hilton Honors. The bed, pillows, and shower were great! We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Gabriela was the main reason that I gave this hotel 5 stars. She is a huge asset to this hotel and to The Hilton brand. She was very helpful from booking until our stay and we appreciate her assistance.   Exceeded my expectations!

  I had read many reviews about this hotel, some good and some negative, but from my own experience, I can tell you that it was one of the best stays I've had in Peru. Everyone who works at this hotel is excellent and very clean from the moment you walk in. The security, maintenance, and customer service staff are all very pleasant and professional. Regarding breakfast, I could say it's not a 5-star hotel, but it's not bad either. And the customer service in this area is varied. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. I can highlight "Jesus" for excellent customer service at breakfast! The A1 gym! Clean and fully equipped! Including clean, scented towels and water at your disposal.   This was a wonderful experience! Super nice, comfortable and easy to check in. We were able to rest some after our flight was cancelled and we were sent here, but everyone in the hotel was so kind.   I stayed at this hotel for one night, as my company usually books this hotel. Due to a delayed flight to another city, I asked to prepare breakfast to go. But I was asked to pay extra for it. Although the breakfast was already paid for with the room.   Nice hotel, away from downtown.

  Rooms are ok, bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. Breakfast is a buffet, with varied hot food. There is a small gym and a pool.Near the hotel there are some shops. Downtown is quite a ride away, better take a cab. Staff at the breakfast is helpful.
