  ‘You get what you pay for” is an understatement. We literally just got all our things into the room and we’re already regretting it. The back door would not open with a key, the hallway smells, the toilet seat is falling off, there appears to be water damage on the ceiling that was very poorly patched, leaving an open gap. I may have to update this tomorrow after we have slept.

  The worst!!!

  Save your money! The place smells bad, desk staff is useless, and the towels are like sandpaper. Oh not to mention the Police showed up after very loud commotions in the room over us. We did not get any sleep and after talking with the front desk with our concerns, didn’t even receive an “I’m sorry”. Pay the extra $20 and go somewhere else!! You’ll thank me later.

  The flooring has been updated but was not installed correctly - you can see gaps on the corners. There is no chair, only a stool that was visibility dirty. There was water damage on the ceiling in the shower. The tub finish was chipped/ peeling. There was a brown stain on the toilet seat lid. There was noticable dust buildup in the corners of the bathroom. We were literally here for 10 minutes and then checked out again. At least they gave us a full refund.

  Worst hotel ever

  By far the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. The fire alarm was broken. The toilet seat was falling off the toilet. There was no hair dryer. The safe did not work. The TV did not work. The first room they put us in smelled like a horrible sewer. There was no kleenex. The taweks were torn and shredded, and there was only one per person. When I approached the front desk asking for either a discounted rate or refund due to all the deficiencies, I was told someone else had to deal with it. A day later, it still has not been dealt with. I would sleep in my car before ever staying here again.

  NASTY AND I HAD UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES FOUR DAYS AFTER CHECKING OUT

  This was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel. It smelled like smoke so bad we had to sleep with the window open. Every area was dirty. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The TV did not work. The microwave was disgusting. I received a survey about my stay three days after I left. I gave an honest review with pictures. Wyndham was going to contact the property owner to fix the issues. The next day I received unauthorized charges from the hotel. FOUR DAYS AFTER CHECKING OUT!
