    Beautifull Riad, Great location

    rating25 Jul 2016

The Riad is close to the Medina and all the main key points to visit and a 10 min walk from the main square Jamee El Fna. But far enough of all the noise of the city centre, which makes it perfect. The rooms are big, very clean and the breakfast is excelent. Everything is fresh: bread, orange juice and even the iogurts are home-made which is served on the terrace with a beautifull view over the city. The staff is very friendly and helpufull.

    Riad is closed for renovation

    rating23 Sept 2015

I booked this Riad for Friday 18 September on 20 August 2015 and paid for it at the time of booking. Unfortunately when my brother and I arrived in Marrakech, we discovered this Riad was closed for renovations. The driver who had brought me from Fes and asked locals in the neighbourhood for closer directions was told by them that the Riad was closed for renovations. Nonetheless, they led us to the Riad and waited with us for an answer when we knocked on the door, but nobody answered. Fortunately, our driver very kindly helped us to call a different riad of our choice that I had booked for two nights in the subsequent week i.e. no one was trying to force us to change to their riad and I have no reason to think this was a scam. It sounds like a lovely Riad and it is in a great location, but I suggest anyone considering staying here should contact the owners before booking to check that they are able to accommodate guests at this time!

A small, charming and authentic Riad; a home away from home

    rating06 Aug 2015

This was our first visit to Morocco, and we picked the best place for us. It is no five star resort, a bit hard to find, the Wifi is a bit sporadic, it can get quite hot in the rooms, and breakfast is simple. HOWEVER, it allows you to experience a more intimate, authentic version of Marrakesh. The Riad was our home away from home and the reason for this was not only the amazing accommodation full of nooks and crannies but mostly because of Anis, who treated us like friends rather than mere guests. He gave us great advice, taught us important phrases, called taxis, and most importantly, took his time to talk to us and even show us around the city. We hope to come back to visit the Riad and its wonderful staff!

    Great stay and key location

    rating27 Jun 2015

I stayed here with my wife during May Holidays 2015. Wow, a great riad with key location 5-10min walk to Jamee El Fna square and Some of the major attractions in Marrakech is at walkable distance from this place. Rooms were daily cleaned, breakfast was ok on the 1st day but then got boring with similiar items each day. Wifi was quiet weak at certain areas of the Riad. Manager was a cheerful, english and french speaking. Same to the the Night manager he was superb. helpful with all our inquires. local shop for amenities and local masjid was a 3min walk practical for me as im a muslim, joining in with the congregation. overall great place, decent price with helpful staff.

excellent location - hotel does not disappoint

    rating30 Apr 2015

Excellent location for exploring the city on foot. Simple but fresh breakfasts on the roof. Stylish bedrooms with eclectic en - suite facilities. Only downer is proximity to local Mosque, the Imam has a great voice BUT at 3 am is a bit of a pain. The interior of the riad is simply charming.
