    Noise and cold water

    A lot of noise, the blind in the room was broken, we are told that it broke in the morning, you can not get down and there is a lot of noise by the road.     That said. The facilities are quite good, except for some damage and that some windows do not close, which does not reassure on a first floor, but the noise of the A4 is deafening and does not allow you to sleep.     Second visit to this hotel that although it is in the middle of the road the rest is perfect. Dinner 10 and breakfast too.The rest is very good as I say and there are no noises at all.It won't be the last time we stop here and advise our friends.So that beating yourself up in going down all at once...rest and you will continue on your way the next day, plus you know Valdepeñas.     A nightmare of accommodation – not recommended

    My experience at this hotel was absolutely disappointing from the beginning. When I arrived, the lock on my room door didn't work. After several failed attempts by the staff (it was already after midnight), and only after insisting on a refund and giving me the complaint form, did they agree to move me to another room.The new room was a triple, next to a busy highway, which made it impossible to rest due to the constant and terrible noise of the traffic.I also requested the invoice and they promised to send it to me by email. Several days have passed and I'm still waiting. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone, and even Booking.com can't get in touch with them.Terrible management, appalling customer service, and zero commitment to the customer.
