    well located

    rating24 Dec 2021

Well located riad (very close to the famous square), clean, comfortable room bed, good breakfast, and good value for money. As negative points I highlight: 1) it is not easy to be found (even using Google maps); 2) there was no one at the Riad to greet me, I knocked a lot on the door and nothing, I sent a message via WhatsApp to let me know that I was at the door and they didn't respond. I had the help of a kind native I met in the alleys of the Medina to get (telephone) contact with someone from the Riad. This native took me to his work (a hamman), and after 10 minutes of waiting an employee from the Riad came to pick me up; 3) the shower in the bathroom is terrible.

    The bad experience ever

    rating20 Oct 2019

I travel a lot and it's the first time this happen to me: arrived to the riad, they don't have a room for me for the first night and they found a place for my first night. I can understand and also accept that, but the new room was just a hole (2x1 meter) with just a bed and no windows, incredible!!! I asked them to change it, but they don't give me another accomodation. So I decided to left and book another Riad from myself and I explained to Expedia what happend. Great service from Expedia that found for me another riad for the rest of the holiday, but this riad deserves to close: it is not acceptable to be treated in this way!

    Stay Away

    rating17 Feb 2019

Stayed here for 5 nights ended paying up €158 totally not worth it the property is secluded in an alley with no proper indications or signage had a two single beds joined one of the mattress was completely gone became too soft light bulbs missing leaving the holder empty the toilet was not even fixed properly kept moving all the time the shower had its drain partially blocked you end up with 5cm of water whilst showering and there’s no light in the shower also the breakfast is pretty poor and served outside we came in February 2019 and it was too cold to have breakfast outside at 8AM in the morning not to mention that hygiene in the food preparation area is non existent food left outside, oven dirty also when we were leaving we asked for early breakfast and were promised they would leave us some bananas and pancakes the bananas were rotten literally black

    Great place to stay

    rating27 Aug 2017

I can highly recommend this place. Clean and cosy rooms. They are a bit small, but you can't expect larger room in a riad. Nice private bathroom. Shower cream and shampoo are provided. Room was cleaned daily. You can relax on the roof. Also breakfast is served on the roof. We spent there 6 nights, so after it you can have an impression that breakfast is boring, because everyday you get the same one. But it's traditional Moroccan breakfast, so there's nothing what you can do with it. Anyway, it's tasty. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. We don't speak French and we needed help to communicate with our car hire company. Hamza helped us with everything. Raabia, the manager, was also great. They do everything to make you happy.Air conditioner works without any problems. You can use fridge or other kitchen facilities as long as you wish. This riad is located in the heart of old medina, but it isn't marked, so you can have a problem with find it. Location is perfect. When you turn right, you will reach Jemâa el-Fna square. When you turn left, you will reach old Jewish souk with nice spices. This place gives you more than you can expect for such a small price.
