  Had a great stay at the Springhill! Rene from the front desk was awesome and helped take care of us with a few of our needs. The hotel is clean, breakfast is food, and it’s super close to Disney!! I highly recommend it.   If your room ends in a 41 get it changed immediately, it is right at the intersection of Katella and Harbor. If they don’t change it leave. You will not sleep. As a Marriott Ambassador, they literally gave me the worst room on the property 241 and did not read room preferences.   My family and I stayed here on a trip to Disney. The room was perfect for us, breakfast was nice, also the location.We even tried out the gym.But most importantly I would l like to thank all the staff for treating us so greatly.Specially a shout out to the two maintance guys who kindly helped us with our car issues (they went out of their way to help) they recommended to have my car checked which we did, and came to find out we urgently needed a battery replacement, now we live 2hrs away had a drive to go so these guys possibly saved us from an accident.We are truly greatful.I would recommend this place not only because of the staff but also my family and I had a great stay overall.Also thanks to the manager Chris Bourquardez.Best,Lorenzano FamilyP.S We will see you again!   Big room for 7 in Anaheim.

  Huge room that fit 2 adults and 5 kids. Great location for Disneyland, ten minute walk. We had a big room with 2 queen, bunk bed and pull out couch. Small problems like the door to the bathroom was hard to open and was warped. If we needed a large room again, we would book here. Clean room.   Perfect Family Setup, But the Walls Tell All

  My family and I stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Anaheim Resort/Convention Center from October 2 to October 5, and overall we had a really good stay. We often look to book SpringHill Suites by Marriott locations whenever we can for vacations as we often have great experiences with them.Starting off the room was very clean and had plenty of space for our family, which made it easy to settle in right away. One of the best parts was the bunk bed setup for the kids — they absolutely loved it, and it gave us a bit more room to relax in the evenings after long days at the parks, especially with the two separate TVs! The bathroom was also super clean and surprisingly spacious, which made getting ready in the mornings a lot easier for the whole family. It felt fresh and well maintained, which is always a big plus.Location-wise, it was super convenient. We were able to start off our day with The Coffee Bean conveniently located in the same building, right outside the lobby, then would walk to Disneyland easily, and coming back to a tidy, comfortable room every night felt great. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful too, which added to the positive experience.The complimentary breakfast was a bit of a hit and miss. The make-your-own waffles were a highlight — they were Mickey-shaped, which was a fun touch, and always a crowd-pleaser with the kids. On the other hand, some of the hot breakfast items tasted a little off, almost like they had been sitting out for a while, even though I grabbed from a tray the staff had just brought out. It wasn’t terrible, but it stood out compared to the otherwise great experience.The biggest downside for us was how thin the walls are. We could hear pretty much everything happening in the room next door — conversations, the TV, and unfortunately our neighbor to our right had a crying baby that could not be consoled late into the night. One night it went on until about 2 a.m., which made it tough to get solid rest, and surprisingly after a long day at the park (open to close) it still made it that I could not sleep until 2:30am. The last two nights I probably got 5 hours of sleep because of this.Now I am a parent of two kids myself, so I have no complaints against the neighbors because I get it, kids that cannot be consoled can be tough to handle, but it just made me wonder why am I able to hear my neighbors so clearly. It also made me more aware of our own noise, like when we were watching TV, because if we could hear them that clearly, they probably could hear us too.It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper or traveling with kids who go to bed early. Bringing earplugs or a sound machine might help.Overall, though, the cleanliness, space, and family-friendly setup made this a great place to stay. With a little better soundproofing and some tweaks to the breakfast, it could easily be a 5/5 experience.
