I checked in late afternoon and wanted to get a coffee but nothing in the room and when I asked at the desk the girl said all the places around were closed as it was Sunday and they couldn’t sell me one as they didn’t open the bar till 7pm I was not impressed Also it is very hot and the air conditioning is terrible I would not recommend this place at all

    Nothing special, poor service.

We came for 3 nights and four days for our trip to Venice. The location, although outside Venice is convenient and easy to get to the main Venice with just one bus. The hotel in it self is nothing special. The customer service is cold, the receptionist don’t even greet you or pay any sort of attention when you’re in their presence. In the time that we were there I believe we were only greeted once. They can be a bit antisocial. The breakfast is nothing special, just basic options and the waitress/servers are also quite cold and rude. The room itself was a bit poor, we got a triple standard and it seems like they just added a bed in a double room already, so the the space was very tight with no space to move. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable so we did have quite a lot a back pain mid holiday. I’d say the only good thing about this hotel is the convenient transport system and the nice pizzeria less than five minutes walk, apart from that there’s nothing special.

    Nice stay

    rating09 Feb 2026

Enjoyed our 3 night stay although one half of mattress incredibly hard so lots of tossing and turning. More maximum 3 star hotel not 4 but that’s reflected in the price. Ok breakfast - bit of everything. Nice lounge to relax in after a long day exploring Venice - bar and hot drinks.Carnival season: enjoyed walking around Mestre, live music and even flame throwers! Delicious massive pizzas in restaurant 13 min walk away. Great Japanese place next to hotel too.Easy to catch bus 2 into Venice bus station & walk from there. Uber wanted 60EUR from airport to hotel so we got bus 15 instead. Asked hotel how much for a taxi back to airport which they organised straightaway for 35EUR,We’d stay again as long as the mattress wasn’t so hard!

Pleasant Stay in a Great Location – With Room for Improvement

    rating28 Jul 2025

We stayed here recently while visiting Venice and had a generally positive experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location with lovely surrounding areas and excellent transport links—surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy road. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The room was nice overall, and the fridge was a welcome addition. Breakfast was lovely, with a satisfying range of options to start the day. Communal areas had a stylish, modern feel and were mostly clean, though a bit of TLC wouldn’t hurt—some of the windows were noticeably dusty. However, there were several aspects that need attention:Only one working lift during our stay meant long waits. No tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, and when we asked, we were told none were available. Would it really be hard to provide a few travel kettles, teabags, coffee sachets, and UHT milk for guests? The bathroom lacked shelving and hooks for toiletries and towels. The room felt a bit tired, with a splatter mark on the wall near the door. One annoyance was returning to find the maid had tossed my clothes from the bed onto the floor. Would it be so hard just to fold them and place them on the table or a chair? The communal toilets could have been better maintained—they were often dirty and would benefit from more frequent cleaning throughout the day.The outdoor area felt like a smoking zone with lingering tobacco smells and dirty ashtrays. A clean, dedicated non-smoking space outside would be a lovely touch. On our last day, we stumbled upon some vending and coffee machines hidden in the back of the lounge. They were useful—but it’s a shame they weren’t clearly highlighted or pointed out during check-in.Despite the issues, we had a pleasant stay overall. The location and staff really made it, and if we return to Venice, we’d seriously consider staying here again.
