Location

This charming guesthouse is only 8 minutes' walk from the main Jemma el Fnaa square and just 2 minutes from the Ben Youssef Medersa, the Marrakech Museum, Ben Salah square and the East entrance of the souks (covered markets). Access by car is very difficult as the streets are very narrow. Guests must therefore book a taxi in advance as the ones available at the airport are expensive and will leave them relatively far from the riad. Marrakech train station is approximately a 10-minute drive from the riad and Menara Airport is around 6 km away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1880. Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 5 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock.     Excellent location, close to about everything - the beach is just across the street, also tavernas, shops, bus station are nearby. It was also very quiet. We had a triple room with sea view, good size, clean, very nice view. For the beach I recommend Avra on the Beach, it has a special feeling, very quiet and civilised, with great views and good food. In the end I have to mention Mr. Konstantinos from the reception of the hotel, a real professional and a great guy, with amazing energy, always ready to help, I mean he really made our holiday better, so thank you once again from the heart, dear Konstantinos.

    Fantastic hotel and staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Bright, clean and spacious rooms.We checked into this hotel after being let down by the original one we booked. They showed us the rooms which they had available and got one ready for us within two hours of us saying we would like it. It’s a great location. Benites is beautiful. Would highly recommend this hotel ☺️

    The hotel was really nice. 😊 The room was small but cozy. The hotel was located just a few steps from supermarkets, tour operators and car rental. The beach was about 1 minute walk. 🏖️ The gentleman at the reception was very nice and willing to help with anything. If you want pleasant accommodation at a reasonable price, close to the center, the port, shops and, last but not least, the beach, I recommend staying at this hotel.

    Great budget hotel close to the beach and close to the best restaurants. Super service minded staff who were always available to help. Rooms were simple but clean and tidy. The front lounge was very cosy to spend after beach hang outs for a larger group.
