    Perfect calm oasis

    Marco and his staff were most welcoming and helpful. No request was too much trouble. They organised our transfers, excursions, taxis, hammam treatments, birthday cake etc and gave us pointers on where to go and what to do to make our stay perfect. The Riad itself is very traditional, large and fabulous. Only 8 rooms so very quiet, although we did find sound travelled throughout but not a problem. The public and outside spaces are good and the roof terrace with its sun loungers is the perfect place to chill with a cocktail. So tranquil amidst a city that is absolutely mad busy and just a short walk from the souks and main square.Our room was plenty big enough with a large walk in shower, and good water pressure. Some minor tlc is needed but on the whole it was comfortable and cleanWe had dinner in the Riad on the first night. No menu, just traditional delicious home cooked food Breakfast, again no menu, just typical Moroccan homemade and very tasty. I would have just preferred to choose what I wanted to eat and not just had everything laid in front of me as there was far more food than I could eat which felt a little wasteful. Inside pool area was nice to dine beside but the pool itself didn’t look very inviting and we didn’t actually see anyone using it which is rather a shameI would highly recommend treating yourself to a Spa experience. My husband and I had the 2 hour scrub and massage which was very enjoyable good valueThe people we met were all warm and welcoming but their 5 star is not our 5 star so be open minded, don’t fault find, embrace the culture and you will have an amazing time at Riad Infinity and in Marrakech

    The Riad is excellent! I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Marrakech and stay inside the Medina. The place is very clean, well-organized, and the food is great (all prepared within the Riad itself). Marco is a wonderful host; he helped us with everything and welcomed us warmly from the beginning to the end of our stay, just like all the staff at Riad Infinity. The day we return to Marrakech, we will definitely stay there again.

    A Delightful Riad With An Equally Delightful Host

    My wife and I spent two nights at this riad during our two week tour of Morocco and are at a loss as to why 17 reviewers (out of 388) did not rate it "Excellent". Marco, the host and owner (originally from southeren Switzerland), could not have been more welcoming and is a delightful conversationalist. He has a very interesting background which we'll leave him to tell you about. When we departed, we felt like we were leaving an old friend.The riad is a far cry from the "traditional" riads we'd stayed at elsewhere. I can't imagine the cost and effort involved in the renovation into a modern facility. The central courtyard has a motorized cover to allow in fresh air on fine days and keep out the rain. The spa includes and indoor lap pool. Marco offers a full line of mixed drinks and wine if desired. Our room had a huge king bed with very effective air conditioning and a modern bathroom. The shower was superb. (Although at 6'1" I found the toilet area a bit cramped, but.....) The breakfasts were substantial, with great service. Eggs cooked to order if desired. We also had one dinner there and the food was excellent as was, again, the service. Like most riads in a medina, you can't drive to the front door and must be dropped in a parking lot nearby. But it's only about 100m of walking and Marco's staff is happy to handle the luggage. We really liked this place and would absolutely stay there again when again in Marrakech.     An oasis in the madness!

    If you want to stay in the medina then do not hesitate to choose this Riad. It truly is an oasis in the chaos! It is fascinating to stay in the medina but it is a lot to take in and to have such a tranquil and calming place to return to is imperative! The breakfasts are incredible and, if you chose to take an evening meal, you will not be disappointed. Cannot recommend Marco and his team enough for their hospitality.

    We booked this property because it was rated a 10/10 but it's more like to give it an 11/10. The property feels like an oasis at an ideal location, with extremely clean and spacious rooms. Marco is the warmest and most hospitable and welcoming host ever. He and his team looked after every detail of our stay, and always making sure that we're taking care of.
