    We had an early morning engagement in the area and realized a few days prior that arriving the night before was necessary. We took a chance on the resort's last minute offerings and ended up at Tour des Voyageurs I. The reviews are poor so we had low expectations. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. Our stay was not perfect but it was satisfactory. PROS: $155 is a deal for this areaHotel is at the foot of the pedestrian village so a bit quieter than some of the other hotelsOur room (253) was clean and almost everything worked (burnt out light bulbs)Bed was comfy and linens were cleanPretty pool and nice outdoor areaCONS:Hotel is dated and darkThe ceramic grout in the shower was darkened and looked like it had not been scrubbed in quite awhileTiny TV jammed into corner is almost impossible to watch comfortablyFloor length windows open but have no screens and are almost on top of neighbors (no noise or bugs during our stay but seriously no screens?Pool closes at 8:00 p.m., far too early in the summer IMOSpotty service at reception (we made a point of arriving early enough to attend an online meeting at 3:30 p.m. We were told the room wasn't ready. We objected and the desk clerk whined something about it not being her fault. She was completely uninterested in helping us. So we set for our meeting in a dining area next to reception. Over the next hour we heard the desk clerk tell two arriving parties that their rooms were ready. Another employee told us to vacate the dining area because it was reserved for an event. We told him we couldn't leave because our room wasn't ready and it was raining so hard we couldn't leave the building. Three minutes later we were told a room was ready. Not a big deal but we felt the desk clerk was unpleasant and unhelpful.Overall, not fantastic but good enough for the price. We would stay again.     Poor customer service.I booked 1 night at Tour des Voyageurs in Mont Tremblant through Expedia, over 2 months ahead of time. My car broke down the day before so I had to cancel. Given the extenuating, out-of-my-control circumstances, and past the refund deadline, I thought maybe the hotel would consider at least giving me a credit for a future visit. I spoke to the front desk 3 times. Was told the manager would call me back but she never did. Expedia sent at least 2 emails to the hotel that were never acknowledged. Lessons learned: 1. This hotel treats 3rd party reservations like second class citizens - is this the industry norm?2. I will think twice before using a booking service like Expedia in the future.     Unacceptable Service and Disregard for Guest Property

    I checked out of one of your properties today, the 23rd, at around 8:30 AM. While I initially decided not to raise any concerns, a particularly frustrating incident has compelled me to share my experience.I booked my stay via tremblant.ca, and unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations. The room was extremely dated, poorly lit, and not very clean. The hot tub was lukewarm at best, with an unpleasant odor coming from the water. The sauna had broken wood in the seating area—making it unsafe—and there was no lighting inside.What ultimately prompted this message happened after checkout. I realized I had left behind some special items—duck and goose foie gras meant as a gift for my wife back in Florida. I promptly returned to the hotel by 9:25 AM, and the front desk gave me a key to re-enter the room. When I got there, I discovered the housekeeping staff had already opened the clearly labeled, sealed packages. These were not meant for anyone else and should not have been touched. I found this action highly inappropriate and disrespectful.To make matters worse, I emailed the corporate office three business days ago and also left a voicemail for the hotel manager—yet I have received no response from either.Between the lack of care shown during my stay and the silence from the hotel and corporate team, I am extremely disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and results in meaningful changes to guest service and property standards.

    Check in was late (6 pm) key card had to be reinitialized aster walking up 3 floors ( elevator was not working) floor carpet was sticky in too many places to count, mediocre gym equipment, hotel ran out of towels, broken fixtures, etc.Good location if the goal is to be close to shopping/ski.

    The location of this hotel was great, right at the base of the Mt Tremblant Pedestrian Village, Almost right in front of the Cable car to the Base, The room was also very cleanThe reason I am giving the hotel a low rating is because of the elevator, it seems from other reviews, the elevator breaks down frequently. The elevator broke down when I was there and I had to carry towels up and down 4 flights of stairs and I had to climb those stairs multiple times as the elevator was out for about 24 hours. I can climb the stais, but it does get tiring and after a day of activities, you would like to use the elevatorWhen I complained about the elevator I was told there was nothing they do because they had to wait until the next day until the elevator repair man would come the next day. When I checked out I complained and they told me they would put in my account what happend and I should call back in a few days.I called back in a few days and I spoke to a woman who said she wasnt the manager, but would speak to them and call me backLater in the day, She called me back and tells me they will give me 25% off my next 3 day stay. Which is useless for me since I doubt I will be back to Mt Tremblant any time soon as I dont live near it.The hotel rate was good, but the elevator breakdown ruined itThe hotel doesnt have breakfast either and its tough to get breakfast in the pedestrian village as most of the places were closed in the morning.
