Location

This Moroccan guest house is located in the beating heart of the old Medina. It is not far away from the famous historic sites of Marrakech, such as the Bahia Palace, Dar Si Saïd and the Saadians Tombs. Jemaa El Fna Square is 200 m from the hotel. Restaurants and bars can be reached in 10 and 20 minutes respectively, on foot. The shops in the centre of the Medina are just a 10-minute walk away. The Bab Doukkala bus station is a 15-minute drive from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 16 rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a queen-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. There is also an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A telephone, a TV, a radio, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included.     We had a wonderful stay at Riad Les Oliviers & Spa Marrakech and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff made us feel welcome from the very first moment, always showing kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.A special thank you goes to the breakfast team, especially the young man who also played music in the evening. They were incredibly attentive, sweet, and friendly with our 4-year-old daughter, making her feel happy and comfortable every day. Their warmth truly made a difference during our stay.The front desk staff and the two ladies at reception were also extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.We also tried the spa and had a very positive experience — relaxing, clean, and professionally managed.The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Medina and ideal for exploring Marrakech on foot. Another big plus is the beautiful rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.We will definitely recommend this Riad to family and friends and truly hope to come back soon!     Riad Les Oliviers is a stunning and beautiful place to stay. The staff are amazing and so friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful upstairs terrace and lovely plunge pool. We definitely come back to stay here

    This Riad is a wonderful, serene place of calm in amongst magical chaos that is Marrakesh. The Raid is in a perfect location to all the sites but is hidden away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean and cool, the roof top pool is lovely when the temperature soars and the Atlas Mountains can be seen from the rooftop. The staff are lovely and breakfast was great. I would highly recommend a stay here.

    Found this riad to be absolutely fantastic, the location was spot on being in the centre of Marrakech. The whole experience from the fantastic attentive staff to the rooms was everything you could wish for.Well done.
