    From the moment we met Ahmed in the predawn streets of Marrakech after an overnight flight, we knew we had found something special. The hospitality at Le Trois Palmiers El Bacha began weeks before we arrived and remained world-class until the final second of our stay.The Location: The Best of Both WorldsWalking to and from the Riad felt like being on a movie set—whimsical, charming, and perfectly "Marrakech." While it is tucked inside the Medina, it is blissfully removed from the "crazy" of the big souks. It’s a quiet, 100% safe neighborhood where we felt comfortable walking at all hours. It is the perfect home base for exploring with ease and peace of mind.The Riad & AccommodationsThe property is light, airy, and professional yet incredibly welcoming. Our room was exactly as pictured: the bed was comfy with high-quality linens, and the shower had excellent heat and pressure. The rooftop is a wonderful escape with plenty of seating, and the common areas are perfect for relaxing with a deck of cards and a pot of tea.The FoodThe breakfast here was the best we experienced across three different Riads in Morocco, truly next level! We also enjoyed a delicious dinner on-site that allowed us to dine at our own relaxed pace.The Staff: The Heart of the ExperienceWhile the Riad is beautiful, the team is what makes it a gem. They truly make you feel at home. When my husband had to take a work call, they provided a private area and tea; while I waited, a staff member sat with me and gave me a fascinating history lesson on Morocco. It is one of my favorite memories from the entire trip.Ahmed provided us with a "must-do" walking list that was perfectly sequenced—the Perfume and Culinary museums he recommended were highlights of our entire trip. He even offered to talk us through the Medina gates via phone if we ever got lost again! Pat has assembled an incredible team. In a city full of options, it’s the people who make the place.

    Great place for short break in Marrakech

    Great place to stay close to medina, numerous stalls,restaurants, gardens etc.Breakfast was great crepes,pastries yoghurt fresh orange juice,although we only found out on the last day we could also have omelette,boiled eggs etc however we were full up every,morning. Room was great it was the Pascha suite ,huge bed ,loads of space towels were fab,cleaned daily,because of where the place is you do get people talking and motorbikes going up and down the attached alley ways.Staff are excellent really friendly and willing to help. I would like to add the place does require some tlc the showered was handheld and would not attach to the bracket,the sink taps need tightening and our door handle came off as we tried to go out although I must emphasise that these small issues do not detract from the overall feel of the place. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone.

    We had such a lovely experience at this Riad. The property is beautiful and peaceful, a perfect escape from the busy streets outside. Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and had little touches that made it feel special. The bathroom had everything you could want – fluffy robes, toiletries, and hair dryer. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of the main sights and plenty of restaurants.But what really makes this Riad stand out is the people. It was our first time in Morocco, and from the moment we were picked up at the airport, we felt completely looked after. A big thank you to Marwan (sorry if I’ve spelled that wrong!) who guided us through the winding alleys to the Riad, shared some history, and pointed out landmarks to help us find our way. Your help during our stay was invaluable – thank you! And thank you to Akhmed, again sorry if the spelling is wrong.The whole team were fantastic – so friendly, patient, and helpful. The service was excellent. Our New Year’s Eve dinner was delicious, and the breakfasts every day were just as good. And a special thanks to the gentleman in the box who helped guide us back at night!We would absolutely recommend this Riad and will definitely be back.

    This hotel is just stunning! Clean with an amazing breakfast! The staff members simply amazing, kind and really helpful! The hotel is close to everything and has all you need for a wonderful experience in Marrakech!
