    I wanted something rustic and rustic I got. The two main people running the show from morning to evening were excellent. The guy genuinely wants to get to know you. The rooftop cafe/restaurant might be a bit chilly, but there's a separate room as well. The room was fine. The floor needed a thorough scrub. The location is great. It's a bit of a maze trying to find it. Your Uber or cab won't be able to drop you off at the front door because it's a riad (one of many riads). You'll have to walk through the alleyway to find it. Not too hard with a GPS/Google map. It's so close (literally a 5-minute walk) to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. So, there are numerous restaurants and cafes around. It's also a 5-minute walk the other way to Hotel Tazi. This is an important location for tour group pickups if you plan on joining a tour. The noise level is bearable. The sound insulation isn't the best, but most guests are asleep by around midnight. You won't hear the noise from the main street, which is great.

    We were so lucky to find this Riad at very short notice as our Secret Escapes Riad room was nothing short of a small noisy office by the reception area.Enough about that. A lovely warm reception on arrival and a splendid room as well. Ideally located for all that Marrakesh has to offer. Thank you to all the staff for saving the day and being utterly delightful.

    I was looking to have a double bedroom but they rejected my request. They don’t even allow you to cancel your booking. If you’re traveling with your partner I don’t recommend to book with them, cause you might get scammed as well. In addition to this, all extras are available but not for free, differently from how it’s specified in Booking.com. Stay away from it!!

    The bed was decent, the prices were good, the location is perfect, the breakfast was good, the service was great!! I highly recommend this hotel as the service sold this hotel. They helped with restaurant recommendations, booking taxis, booking tours, they had an on-site spa which I used and it was great. This was a great hotel! Huge shoutout to Omar as he was very helpful, but so was everyone we interacted with.

    Nice riad in the Medina of Marrakesh. Its strong point is clearly the kind employees, always available and ready to satisfy our requests: among them, we cannot not mention Omar, who even went to buy some tea for us and gave us useful pieces of advice to enjoy the town. At the reception, it is possible to book for a tour guide to visit Marrakech and to request for hammam and massages directly at the small spa of the riad. They also change euros in dihram. The breakfast was huge and tasty, we can’t forget it, its only bad point is that it starts at 8,30 (a bit late, in some occasions). Our room was small and bit dark but clean and functional. Overall we got a good experience there, for a very little price.
