    A disaster. Check in sad and not friendly. A guy without a word, a smile, just opened the door in total silence. Ages to check in, then we went in a dark, sad, dirty and awful room totally different from the pictures on booking.com. Non so perché, ma credo che non avesse intenzione di soggiornare e stesse cercando di ottenere un rimborso per qualche motivo.Innanzitutto, commentare l'aspetto della persona che vi ha accolto dimostra che tipo di persone abbiamo di fronte. L'uomo che vi ha aperto la porta è una delle persone più gentili e adorabili che io conosca e tutti i nostri ospiti la pensano allo stesso modo. Il nostro Riad non è MAI sporco. Il nostro personale è estremamente professionale e ogni singola stanza e ogni piano vengono puliti ogni singolo giorno.Un comportamento davvero sconcertante.

    I stayed at this riad for 3 nights with a friend, and we had the twin room on the first floor. I’d like to start by saying that the staff are polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. We truly couldn’t have found better people.The riad is spotlessly clean, well cared for, and absolutely beautiful. The colors, the lighting, and the decor are all stunning.There are two terraces on the roof: a lower one and another that you reach by climbing a spiral staircase.My friend is gluten intolerant, and she had no problems at breakfast. We informed them in advance, and they provided suitable products for her.The location is perfect, right inside the Medina, close to Jemaa el-Fnaa but also near Place des Ferblantiers, which is where the taxi dropped us off on the evening of our arrival.I can only say that I highly recommend it. If you choose to stay here, I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed.

    We stayed at Riad Manissa for two nights and everything was just perfect ! The Riad is beautifully decorated and staff are friendly and helpful !There’s a lovely rooftop where you can relax in the evening before heading out in the town and location is perfect 10/10

    I loved my stay as a female solo traveller at Riad Manissa. The staff were friendly, it was easy to find and most of all I always felt safe as it was in a very busy area. Just a 30 second walk from one of the many bustling Souks in the city.The Jewish Quarter was at the bottom of the Main Street and the famous Jemaa El-Fnaa Square at the top. Lots of places to eat nearby or grab a drink (alcohol) I would recommend the Dar Essalam rooftop or the amazing La Pergola Rooftop Jazz Bar.

    This riad is less beautiful than it is presented. If you book through a travel agency, keep in mind that the rooms are of different sizes. Unfortunately, we had the 12 m2 room without a window and only on the second last day we were able to move to another room. Other guests did get a another room anyway. There are no bathrobes and slippers, as some travel agencies report. The care is good, but not special. We stayed in hotels in various places around the world. Riad Manissa was not worth the money. However we are not in contract with any travel agency so we have no control over what they might have showed you or told you, and we have no idea how much they charged you. This is probably the reason why you might think we are "not worth the money", when we are extremely competitively priced, I would dare say cheap, compared to Riads of our category.Kind regards
