  I've been with some friends, and almost everything was great, peaceful place, a nice room, and a nice terrace, BUT the last day my friends had to go out to the airport before me, and I just took breakfast in the place till my taxi driver arrived for me, So, when I was saying good by, for some reason, they liked to give you a hug, DON'T DO IT!! The tall guy with an afro hair toch my ass! I just tried to go out of there because I was alone at that time, but it was so disgusting. I was really having a good time there till this moment. So, never said good bye as a HUG IN MORROCO!. Thanks.

  Great place to stay..really chilled Riad and Abdul is particularly pleasant and helpful..roof top terrace an amazing place to have breakfast and look at the snow capped Atlas mountains…highly recommended…its an Oasis away from the bustling streets of the Medina

  We were caught in the sudden lock-down in March and had to leave Morocco immediately, the following day. Of course, all our booking had to be cancelled in Morocco and Spain where we were continuing on. Although this upheaval was on all sides we were very sorry that people in the tourist industry were losing money, as we also were. Everyone we communicated with was very helpful and polite. In each case, we asked what their refund policy was and some gave refunds and some not. Our experience at Riad Miski stood out from the rest. On emailing them, and asking about possible cancellation they were immediately on the defensive and said that if we posted " a bad review, it is a threat. Blackmail is not an honest method of doing this. If we find bad comments we can cancel them because we would have evidence of your bad intentions."Since we weren't able to stay at the Riad I can't give any comments about the hotel itself. My rating is only based on their service on email. By the way, it's the first time in my 70+ years that I've been accused of blackmail.

  An oasis of calm in a crazy city

  Beautiful, clean and comfortable Riad only 10 minutes from the central square and souks. Jamal, Abdul, and the ladies were attentive and friendly; listen to Jamal's advice - it will help make your visit to Marrakech much more enjoyable. Treat yourself to a Hammam!!

  Pros- Jamal and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. My husband had a fall where he scraped his arm and Ayman went above and beyond to fetch first aid supplies.Now here are reasons we would never recommend this place to other travelers and why I am still baffled at the good reviews for this place. When you book a place to stay, you expect a few basic things: some privacy, a place where you can get sleep, a hot shower, working internet. Sadly, we got none of these at Riad Miski.Me, my husband, and in-laws stayed here over New Year's Eve. Two months after we booked our non-refundable rooms, we were told there would be a "New Year's Eve dinner" hosted at the Riad. Only when we arrived did we realize that this would be an actual party with loud music/dancing, and it would be held in the Riad courtyard, directly outside our bedroom room windows. So there was insanely loud music and 40+ people dancing, literally 1-2 meters away from our beds past 1 am while my in-laws (who are senior citizens) had an early flight the next day. I found their lack of transparency quite ridiculous and unacceptable! Besides the fact we couldn't sleep, there was no WiFi for more than a day, which made it very difficult for us since we didn't have a local mobile phone. And on the last day of our stay there was no hot water which is not fun in January when Morocco is quite cold.We expressed our concerns with the management hoping they would make amends but all they offered was a free cab ride to the airport which we did not accept. Given the amount we paid, this was easily the worst place we stayed in our 3 weeks in Morocco. I recommend you to stay away from this place and its scummy business practices.
