    Lovely stay, perfect breakfast (few items to select), located just near to the main roads at Medina but not noisy at all as it is located in the calm road.Clean rooms.Enjoyed time there.Personnel is not speaking English very well but this was not an issue at all.I can recommend this place without any doubts.     A pleasant stay, room was adequate and clean.had a problem with the shower,was fixed immediately. Staff were helpful. A big shout out to Youssef who was very friendly and helpful at breakfast.

    This companies website generated several bookings instead of one and a month later we are still trying to get money back. Theyre appalling to deal with. Give them a wide birth.Their website has issues customer supprt is an online robot and when you eventually get a human they keep you on line waiting until you give up.We eventually made a complaint via Visa but it could take forever tobgetvsatusfaction abd all our money back.     It was a beautiful stay with an amazing breakfast prepared by the sweet Fadwa! moroc pancakes, marmelades and honey: slurp! It's close to center square and there is a really beautiful terrace! Really recommend!

    We stayed at Riad Moulay Spa...the staff was unfriendly and we could not even find them when we needed help. Communication was totally lacking at this place. It felt like a ghost town. We could not get our TV to work, or our Air conditioner. The temperature was 102 f degrees at the time. When we wanted to check out, there was no staff to complain to and GET OUT. We had to call our booking agent who then called the owner and told them they had unhappy guest. We would NEVER stay here again.
