  Please take the time to read that if you plan to book at this property. I booked 2 rooms and after a month they cancelled my reservation with no explanation. I send them a message because I wanted to know the reason for the cancellation and they told that it was because of the cracks they found after the earthquake which happened last year but the property was still available on booking. If that was the reason of the cancellation is should not be available on booking. That caused us a major problem because we couldn’t find another hotel so I messaged them again and asked them for an alternative and they never answered. I wouldn’t recommend booking at that property.

  Just to give you a bit of background about this review. When we planned on going to Marrakech we booked an accommodation prior to this Riad which from the internet pictures and reviews seemed really good but when we arrived there it was a completely different story. The Room was dirty and smelly. It was late so we had no choice but to sleep there. The next morning we decided to look for better accommodation. We were practically knocking on every good looking Riad we saw but they were full until we knocked on this Riad and a lovely woman called Mariam opened the door. We didn't manage to book a room for our whole trip duration but Miriam was kind enough to arrange our stay on 2 other riads with very similar price points.   Best Riad in Marrakech

  A superb Riad in a great location only 5 minutes walk from the main square in the heart of the Medina. Before we arrived Xavier offered to collect us from the airport. We definitely recommend this option otherwise it would be difficult to find on arrival. The Riad has a porter who helps trolley your bags a short walk to the residence. Lovely clean rooms, nicely decorated complete with hairdryers, towels, toiletries and a handy fridge. The staff are lovely and super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The roof terrace is a winner. Several nice seating areas and sun loungers, very peaceful and also the place to have an excellent breakfast all made by the lovely Myriam. They have two hot tubs but on our visit unfortunately cold which was a shame but it didn't matter. Overall, fantastic Riad, very highly recommended and very reasonably priced at €209 for 4 nights.

  Quite and very comfy. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nice rooftop to relax. The staff are great and very friendly. I would recommend arranging dinner at the riad it was one of the best meals we had in Morocco. The breakfast was good too! Air conditioning in the rooms had good output and kept it cool in 35 degree C outdoor temps. All in all a great stay we loved it

  We stayed at the riad Ralhaya for two nights and arrived there with a pre-arranged transfer. The riad is located near Palace Bahia and Palace Badii and some orher sightseeing spots and shopping facilities. The room we stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated and had a spacious bathroom with A/C. There were two sinks and a hairdryer was installed. The breakfast was nice and you could also have dinner there uf you announce it the morning before. They would also arrange tours and activities. Over all the service was really nice and attentive. They also have a rooftop terrace with lounges and sunbeds. There were also two whirlpools but we didn't want to use them because the water was dirty and seemed quite old. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would definitively recommend the riad.
