    I visited the spa with my mum and we both absolutely loved the experience. We had the couples massages and the exfoliation. When we left I felt both rejuvenated and energised as I haven't felt in so long. We got some complimentary tea and biscuits, which make the experience even more enjoyable. If we are back to Marrakech we will definitely come back but this time as guests from the Ryad.     We were host hosted in this riad, but tried their hamam and spa services, which were fabulous. Excellent experience and great staff, very kind and helpful.     What a hidden gem!!An unusual entrance to a calm and serene space in this centrally placed Riad.Our first trip to Marrakech and we wanted a Riad rather than a hotel out of the city.This riad had lots of character and fitted the bill exactly for us. The room was clean and spacious and the facilities ideal.The staff team; Ridouane, Souloymane, and Ibrahim were very attentive.     Perfect location and a brilliant team at Riad Rafaele

    Just stayed 5 nights at Riad Rafaele and throughly enjoyed it. We loved the location near the top end of the souk, we found the artisan shops here much more interesting. The team at Riad Rafaele were simply superb, literally nothing was too much trouble. Tea to welcome you back to the Riad at night, heaters if you were chilly at night, they checked you had water to go to bed with. It’s a peaceful oasis from the mayhem of Marrakech, smelt beautiful as soon as you walked in, rooms were very comfortable and the whole vibe was relaxed comfort. We will return.     A Relaxing Beginning for Marrakech!

    I arrived to TheCentral House Marrakesh Medina yesterday exhausted from 2 days travel: 3 airplanes & 2 trains over 27 hours.The reception suggested the nearby Riad Rafaele & Spa would be just the hammam & massage to repair travel weariness.How true! The 2 sweet ladies who attended left me relaxed, literally clean from head to toes. Mint tea and biscuits after in their lovely patio was a perfect ending to my 2 hour morning "reboot". Try it to prepare you for Marraketch's discoveries. I plan to finish my visit here too ;-)...
