This hotel is nestled in the heart of the Marrakech’s Kasbah of the Medina district, it is just a step from the Royal Palace, the Saadians graves and from the garden of Agdal. Guests will find restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and bars, shops and nightspots are just 15 minutes' walk. The area surrounding this establishment offers many attractions, such as the Badi Palace (10 minutes' walk), La Koutoubia (15 minutes' walk) and the Place Jemaa el Fna (20 minutes' walk). Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 5 rooms. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     We stayed 8 days in Marrakech, we had problems with the agency where we booked, they almost left us on the street the second day, luckily we met Hanane, the person in charge of this Riad, a very close and friendly person at 200 %, I recommend him for his kindness and closeness, a very familiar person and he tries to help you in everything.

    The hotel has a good location. It is in a walking distance from the Medina and very close to coffe Clock which has live music and a terrace. This was one of my best experiences and liked the interior, the terrace to get some sun and the breakfast that changes everyday and was very nice. The best part of my stay was meeting Anna with her beautiful and energetic smile. She literally was doing everything there from greeting the guests to managing, cooking, etc. She couldn't be more helpful and explained about the products in Marrakech and prices, places to visit, the culture, etc. My room was clean and comfortable. I definitely give it a five star and recommend it. Thank you Anna and hope to see you again.

    I read the reviews about this Riad after I had booked my holiday. It was recommended by lastminute.com. I wish I had changed my mind as I totally sympathise with one lady who said she was turned away. This happened to me!When me and my family arrived at around 10.30pm we we told by the lady that they had cancelled our booking! Me and my family were shocked.The lady had said she had cancelled two weeks ago and then I mentioned that we had not been told. It was a nightmare. She said there was repair work going on and we could not stay there. I was also not happy it was around 39 degrees and it was obvious there was no AC in the lounge area and there was also no swimming pool. It was falsely sold to me by last minute.com but the people who own should also change it on their website as there is no swimming pool. I phoned lastminute.com whilst I was there and they had said they had not received a cancellation notice. The lady who was working there promised me she would send me an email to say she had cancelled and I have not received this yet. They put me on hold for around 30 mins (dreading my phone bill!!!) they turned around and said that the owner has got room. I stated to them it is obvious there is no room as the lady is not ready for us? Me and my family were clearly distressed we were so excited about going on our first holiday together and we were very upset to hear once we got to this Riad 'Sorry you cannot stay here, I have no room for you!"

    We arrived to check in and the cleaning lady put us on the phone with who I asume was the manager?? She first told us she cancelled our reservation so I asked her when because we hadn’t received an email or a phone call (she hadn’t!). Then she asked for our name and said she never got our reservation??? I told her we made it months ago to what she replied that actually there was a maintenance problem with my room and it wasn’t available. She asked me to take our luggage and leave the Riad giving us NO solution whatsoever. She was a LIAR, she was rude, unprofessional and her customer service is non existent. If you are going to out-book me/cancel my reservation please get your story straight next time.

    The place was beautiful but there wasnt a restaurant or a bar etc. As its states on trip advisor. The site i booked through said they had a roll out bed at an extra charge but they didnt i guess that was a fault through the website that i booked the hotel (lastminute.com) so please be aware that there is only one bed per room. Everything was fine until the last day when we checked out of the room but had some time left until our flight and it was searing hot outside so we requested if we can wait in the lounge area downstairs until it was time for us to go to the airport, which the manager agreed to, but while waiting there she made us feel really u comfortable by questioning us repeatedly as to when we will go and then she was on the phone to the owner of the hotel telling him or her about us. I would have understood why she was questioning us if we were using her bedrooms etc but we werent we were just waiting dor our flight time and we had our suitcases with us so we couldnt just go and wait outside on the streets. Also there was always a problem with the wifi. And the room in which we were in didnt get any signal even when the wifi was working. And because of this problem i had a big issue sending and receiving emails for work etc. Mobile internet is also slow in this riad for some odd reason. If u dont use internet etc. much and have a flight that is close to ur check out time then this hotel is probably good for u otherwise i would book elsewhere. You know what they say.. you get what u paid for and i guess that was the case here, its great value but it comes with its downs too.
