    Defective Heating not reflected by a reduced hotel bill

    First night at the hotel, cold air came out instead of warm resulting in me freezing during the night. Reported the problem in the morning. To my surprise, problem not resolved by the second night. I was offered a change of room where heating worked. Upon check-out I was surprised to receive a bill of extras instead of a reduced bill. Amazing, but true.     This is a remarkable and memorable hotel. It is top class without being pretentious. Staff with a sense of humour for whom nothing is too much trouble and food that is exquisite (oh those oysters....!). Sheer comfort. Take the Pullman experience if you can - the murder mystery is fun. Overall a brilliant 24 hours!
