    The place was covered in mould main door dont fit propley very cold bathrooms bright green swimming pool bar was shut places to eat was shut and the market the play area isn't suitable for kids over 3 and WiFi doesn't work

    Honestly pictures are an appalling representation as the place was falling apart and had to buy towels when it said was included, you need to hire a car as it was a shuttle bus from the train station then an hour to rome, if you are staying there in a caravan then it's cute and a nice atmosphere but the pods felt very squished and desolate

    Despite this site being close to Rome it's very quiet and set in a lovely location. On arrival we were given clear instructions on the price and general layout of the site plus information about the free shuttle bus to the station at Prima Porta. The staff who run the site are really nice and speak excellent English. The metro into Rome takes dogs which is excellent. The camping pitches are of a reasonable size and facilities there are excellent Lovely swimming pool, bar/ restaurant, small shop and the sanitary blocks are modern and spotlessly clean too. We loved this site it's a gem!

    We stayed for 5 nights at Happy Camping Was apprehensive after reading the reviews as some had spoke of dirty toilets etc But we were relieved when we arrived .The bungalow was a prefab house surrounded by lovely trees shrubs We had a mini fridge and flat screen tv.Was worried about been able to have hot drinks as no kettle in room but was so relieved to find a hot vending machine with really good cappucinno hot chococlate etc for only 90c a drink.This was only a few steps from out bungalow whch was so convenient at breakfast time They also had snacks and croissants in the machine whch made for a cheap breakfast..The restaurant food was excellent and all staff very nice.The supermarket is very expensive so best stock up in Prima ports ,.Can of coke etc 3 euro .The pizza is only served in the evening .We were on a budget so to save on cost got the pizza takeaway which was great value at 8 euro for a margarita .There is a service charge to eat at the Restaurant of 2 euro per person. The reception staff were all so friendly and helpful.Nothing was a problem .The pool was lovely and had a lifeguard at all times,Had lovely sun loungers and lot of seating in shade near trees also.The shuttle bus to the town was great .It doesnt stop at the supermarket but if will probably stop there if you request it to stopThe town was a bit of a let down ,,not really much to do as re shops etc .Its very conveneint to get to Rome . on train only 25 minsThe only thing that annoyes me on the stay was we were placed right beside another person while most bungalows were empty.Would have been nice to have bit more privacy.Also had to pay 50 euro Tax on arrival which didnt expect .Think that should be built into holiday price as not good start to holiday for someone on Budget.Overall it was a pleasant stay .
