    This is a nice place, very modern, It smells wonderful throughout the lobby & hallways, great air freshener. Staff is very friendly. Pool is nice, kids slide & mushroom fountain. Hot tub was closed, unfortunately. Definitely one of the nicer hotels in Fargo. There is also an Applebee's at the end of the road, very convenient.

    Convenient location right off of interstate with restaurants, lounge/bars, fast food, gas stations, shopping and entertainment all very close and easy to get to, but hotel is tucked away by a few others so not a super busy or traffic filled area. Hotel is clean, up to date, and taken care of with friendly front desk clerks. The room was very spacious, clean, and exactly as described online when booking. Hallways were quiet and we were not able to hear any noise from rooms upstairs or next to us. Only one and only thing that could possibly be improved on is a bigger tv, for the size of the room it is a little small, but still adequate. The continental breakfast had a wide selection of things to choose from, both hot(waffles, pancakes, eggs etc) and also cold( cereal,bagels toast, yogurt, oatmeal, fresh fruit etc). We got a great price on the suite, it was a Sunday stay so I think that may of played a part and it could be more during the week or weekend, but either way, great price for the level of quality in the accomodations. Requested a late checkout that extended to 1pm which was generous and easy to do. 10/10 would recommended and stay again.

    Great hotel to stay at. Breakfast setup is excellent. Rooms were clean and amazing. Wish there was a door for exiting the south end of the building.
